I got a Louis Vuitton bag from them, apparently I heard if the bags are on sale event they don't have refund / exchange .. But no harm calling customer service to verify ...
Hi Dreamyz, what you mean with "you got them authenticated?" Did you get the care/maintenance care, controllato, and bag information card as well together with leather swatches from reebonz?
If you dont mind what tipe of B bag you purchase from them?
I ask them 2 days ago and they said the classic city bag only comes with care and controllato card only.

Not happy with reebonz, i made a purchase on the weekend (this is my third purchase) and found out today that my credit card was processed in Singapore and the charge 3% foreign fee. Tried to complained to reebonz au but this girl called Elle (no surname given) was not hepfull and not accomodating. Telling me that they will never know why sometime purchase processed in australia and sometimes in singapore (i found this ver stupid) and ut has to do with the bank. I contacted the bank and they can't help me either. Will think twice to purchase from reebonz again as they're website is not trustworthy.
I made numerous purchases from Reebonz(SG) and so far all the items are authentic and in excellent conditions. Usually my items are from mid-range brands like Love Moschino, LongChamp, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Coach etc. However, I read and heard many bad reviews on their Prada and MiuMiu items and Reebonz tends to reject refunds and exchanges on sales items. I definitely won't want to spend thousands of dollars on a defected bag and not being able to repair it 
I have great experiences with them (SG). I have 6 purchases with them for brands like Coach, Michael Kors and Prada. They turn out well even for the Prada wallet. I have made 1 return for another Prada wallet but that's because I didn't like the colour.
Their customer service is really good and helpful. They offered me suggestions on refund options and was very patient throughout the entire phone conversation.
I wouldn't mind buying frm them as their prices for off seasons products can be as much as 50% off retail prices!
