they do have a lot of Bal bags these days ! but i remember seeing a weird listing last weekend when they didn't put a colour description on the bag :wtf: (it looked like Bleu Cobalt) but its sold out :cool: overall, i think Reebonz has become popular in countries where they charge high duty /tax rate for luxury items !

OMG so happy to hear familiar words like "Perth" and "Cultstatus" etc etc. I did get a Balenciaga mini Pompon from CS, but then also just paid for a Fendi Chameleon and some Ferragamo purses from Reebonz. I have to wait a few weeks but I hope I get authentic and good quality goods. I'm scared now :(

Reebonz is the best. I bought many bags from them in the past and has always been great. Sure some people might encounter bad experience from time to time but overall it has been great and all items are as authentic as it could be. They even set up proper office and boutique here in KL.

I have never purchased Bal from Reebonz, I got mine both from cultstatus as Bals leather could be unpredictable, I need to make sure that the leather is at par to my liking. It's difficult to do that with Reebonz. However I've bought other stuff from them (6 in total this year- yes I've been really naughty), bags and shoes and all have been authentic. Having said that, I had to return a BV bag and a Ferragamo shoes due to some minor defects. Return were all free and refund was quick. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I live in Australia and have been a advocate for Reebonz. I'm guessing that their products and services have improved a lot since the OP. I've purchased three items from them so far since Dec, 2012: Prada wallet, Chloe Key Chain and a Balenciaga Gold Velo. I have to say, all items are 100% authentic and great quality. They all included authenticity cards and original packaging. Though the packaging may seem a bit tinged maybe due to the item being stored for a period of time but I'm absolutely thrilled with their service - especially lay-by. They are always so prompted, efficient and delivery is super quick! I live in Brisbane and it has once taken them only 3 days to get to me!

Just for anyone who's going through this thread, personally I don't ever doubt Reebonz because they are just fantastic; great pricing, great service, very efficient and extremely reliable.

In awe over my velo right now! <3

I just bought a Coach male tote bag and I am very impressed with the delivery service - only 2 days after event closed. I had to wait up to 14 days with someother websites!!
The bag came in a beautifully tied up black box and the bag was in perfect condition. I am surely going to shop more in Reebonz now that it had given me confidence with its product....

I purchased a Balenciaga Classic Compagnon Wallet through that site, but I really questioned the authenticity...unfortunately for some reason I'm having a problem in posting the picture in the "please authenticiate part of this site"...so I cannot ask anyone opinion in regards to the wallet. I spend around $540 AUD for this wallet and sooo unhappy if this is end up not real :'(

The wallet come without cards/ balenciaga dust bag.

Pls pls pls anybody has information in regards to this website would be highly appreciated!

Reebonz is a nightmare. Half their stuff is questionable. A colleague of mine bought a Prada tote from there and two weeks later, the strap came off because it was STAPLED instead of sewed on under the piping. When she complained, they totally blanked her until she threatened to report them to the small claims court / consumer watchdog / media. I've been to warehouse sales where Reebonz got a space to display their stuff. All the bags were just thrown about like a churchyard jumble sale. All those beautiful babies molested by grubby hands that have no intention of buying. After that, they all get packed back into their dustbags and shipped back to Reebonz warehouse :(

I purchased a pair of B studded sandals last Wednesday and they haven't been shipped. My email to concierge hasn't been replied to either. Really poor customer service.

Reebonz sucks. Their prices are not that great compared to the European websites. Had two experiences with them and both times they screwed up. Second time was to solve the first time screw up and they still got it wrong !! Last time buying from them!

REEBONZ DOES NOT SELL GENUINE ITEMS - Hi guys, i have to tell anyone thinking of buying from Reebonz to be careful- as almost everything in their store is non genuine! They're Balenciaga bags esspecially, their Miu Miu bags and the Prada Bags i believe to be all FAKE REPLICAS! The only genuine items in their store are SOME of the vintage Chanel bags. Anyone who has ever bought a genuine Balenciaga or a genuine miu miu (as i have) simply has to touch, smells & feel the bags from Reebonz to know in a heart-beat that they're non-genuine! DON'T BE FOOLED!!! If you go into the Reebonz store on George Street, Sydney just take a smell of the Prada bags and you'll notice they have a distinct "Chemical" smell, the miu miu feels stiff and so do the balenciaga bags which are supposed to be famous for their butter like leather!

if you knew how a real Balenciaga felt then you would know in a second that the Balenciaga bags from Reebonz are fake! - sorry to say but you got duped!
