I bought a Bal and a MBMJ from Reebonz. My experience are so far so good. :smile1: The only thing is they don't show the actual pictures of the bag. You can only assess it when you get it. I do read negative reviews about them in the past (mostly on Prada); such as the logo is slanted and the return process is difficult. They seem to improve alot compared to the past and the prices are relatively good.

I have never bought from Reebonz before and also very curious where and how do they got all those bags. I am a big fans of branded bags and i always shop in overseas. What i can think of is they bought in VIP sales or sample sales of branded store or department stores, which are normally by invitation only.
In general, bags in Europe/USA from branded stores are 20-30% (current season bags after tax refund) cheaper compare to prices in Malaysia. If buying from outlets (last season products), then they would be cheaper by 50% or more. These are the only ways they can get those bags. Luxury brands dont sell bulk to wholesalers.

My refund of Bal bag is smooth and fast. The whole process took 3 work days, includes picking up the bag for their verification. Two refund options were given, 1) refund in credit term without expiry date, 2) refund back to credit card but it would take 10 working days. The Reebonz.sg CS is friendly & polite. Didn't get his name :(

Hi Dragela, just out of curiosity, may I know why did you return the item? They seem to have pretty decent bags on sale these days - do you have issues with the quality of the leather? Also, do you actually receive the dust bag, cards and tags etc along with the bag? :smile1:

I got my Hamilton leather Velo from Reebonz and I got the dustbag and all the authenticy cards with it. I was also happy with their customer service, they answered my question via email all hours of the day, which I thought was great. I also received my item I think it was 2 or 3 working days after ordering it at around 8pm.

Hi Ryc,
Returned a Bal bag due to a broken thread link. And yes, I do receive the dust bag, cards, tags and mirror. :smile1:

And yes, they have a good variety of goods. Bought sunglasses from them too.

Yup! I do agree, I always wonder their pricing for Bal. As I compare them the Bal official site. Many time I want to order but I still wonder.. Sometimes their current Bal sale is current Bal colors featured on the original site and it's even cheaper than US pricing. I wonder..

You're right, I once purchased a bal item listed as chevre but was actually lambskin so I returned it. So far, I've been disappointed that all the items I chose to buy comes WITHOUT the year card (too often to be coincidental). Mostly ended in returns.
