If all goes wrong, print out their email and pop to Prada, and show them! Hopefully they will authenticate for you even this is against their policy.

I've edited my post on whirlpool but I wanted to repost this here for others.
I think MNS is asking for the SAs name for a few reason
1. They know prada doesn't authenticate
2. They are trying to stop people lying
3. If an SA genuinely did authenticate for you and you say "DaffyDuck, a Prada SA confirmed this" they would likely call the store and dob the SA in hoping to get them in trouble and then scare off other SAs from doing it.
I think they are incredibly manipulative and trying to destroy any genuine attempt at goodwill.
Can I complain if I have never received fake goods?

also wanted to add i oringinally bought the 40cm bag and realised it was too big so i contacted them and they have me a full refund and told me to just repurchase the one i want. So i bought BLACK BN2274_NZV_F0002 LEATHER on the 28th of Aug and recieved it this morning about 10am 9/09/13.

Good for you. No one said they sold no real items. I even said at the beginning of the thread that I received real Louboutins. Perhaps you should read entire threads before you write comments like that.
The issue is not that they sell zero real items, it is that they have sold fakes and that people should keep that in mind.
So for your 1 real Prada there are countless fake ones. Are you calling them ALL liars and intentionally trying to stop people from getting bargains? Perhaps you have that mentality but that is not the norm.
So people are supposed to believe YOU but not any of the other people on any of the countless forums that have received fake bags? Right.
If your bag was fake I think you would be grateful to have found this thread and also utilise the help these posters are providing when your request for a refund is denied.
Get over yourself, seriously.
Since you obviously have the time to even consider creating fake accounts to try and dissuade people from buying great bargains, I suggest you read through my comment history and find where I praised MyNetSale. I'm pretty sure I was the very first person to have had their items authenticated on this forum.

I haven't received any fake items from MNS but I don't doubt these people did (if I am trusting purseforum to prove mine real then I must do the same if they say they are fake).
The other poster proves how much help this country's education system needs.
I totally get that, but my most posts were definitely not 'combative'
I got my money back from Paypal today! Mynetsale refused to admit that the Prada bag was fake and also refused to refund. I got authentication done and Paypal gave me my money back! Forget about emailing mns. Just go thru Paypal claims. I am so relieved I got my money back and this traumatic experience. Is finally over I will never buy designer bag again outside their boutiques...
