It seems like threatening to take legal action and outright demanding a refund does the trick. I will certainly not be wasting my time sweet talking them so hopefully I will get a refund ASAP.

I originally found out about the website through Vogue magazine where they listed MNS as the stockist of a bag in one of their style articles, hence why I didn't even question their authenticity to begin with

I wouldn't find it embarrassing. Imagine if they find out later that you knew and never said anything.
I would want my friend to tell me but what I decided to do once they told me was my business. Once you've told them then leave it. I wouldn't remind them etc.

I can 100% confirm that mynetsale sell fake goods. I received one of those fake bags today. It smelt plastic and was just terrible.
I'm requesting a refund, I actually requested on before they sent the goods but unfortunately it was sent out before the cancellation could be processed (though this seemed suss!). I have called my credit card company and if MYNETSALE do not do th right thing I will be taking this further. I feel sick, disgusted and angry! DO NOT EVER BUY THINGS FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I just got my Prada from MNS today. I don't believe that it's authentic but I'll be taking some clearer photos in the morning for the Prada thread to confirm. Then I'll be shipping it right back and demanding a full refund. As soon as I get my money back i'll be heading to a boutique! Much rather pay more and receive guaranteed authentic products, plus get the in-store experience of purchasing a bag.
It seems MNS have dropped the "best price guaranteed" label. More likely someone made them follow through with their promise and then MNS retracted it "oh we never have and never will say that" or whatever stupid thing they said about "not selling fakes".

I bought the BN2274 in black from MNS but thinking of getting a different colour at the boutique... I still like the BN2274 though, for the strap! Or I might just get a totally different bag altogether haha, this whole experience has kind of ruined the Prada for me
