Hi rcm5289 - sorry, I cant seem to quote a post on here.
I purchased a bag from MNS through PayPal and successfully got my money back claiming through their dispute resolution system. Basically the process is - You lodge the claim, which in turn notifies MNS - From the lodge date, PayPal gives you around 28 days to come to a resolution directly with MNS through their dispute resolution system - If a resolution isn't found, PayPal reviews the facts of the case and makes a decision.
You will need to get the bag authenticated and receive a letter confirming the bag is a fake to support your claim. This cost me about $50 to do - and it needs to be from a source that PayPal recognizes. Throughout the dispute resolution process, make sure you keep ALL communication with MNS on PayPal. Don't discuss a resolution via email as it will have no standing unless it's lodged through the PayPal dispute case.
The only thing you may face is the fact your bag was purchased so long ago. There may be a statute of limitations. You can live chat or perhaps even call paypal to find out what their terms are. If you use PayPal a lot, you should also be able to easily look through your paypal transaction history to find the purchase.
In my experience, PayPal's service was amazing and they got me my money back. I now NEVER purchase anything online, unless it's through paypal.
