Alexander Wang Has anyone had experience with mynetsale?

Thanks Becblasz,

I will do as you have suggested. I am still a newbie and I am still learning how to upload the pictures using my iPhone or iPad.

I went to David Jones again today to have a close look at the same back as mine and I am now hold serious concern about the authenticity of the bag that I bought. I think it is fake.

I want to have my hard earned money back

So sad to hear people are still purchasing bags from Mynetsale and they are still being sent fakes. I haven't yet updated my story on this forum from my previous post, but I purchased a Prada Saffino bag at the end of last year, which I had authenticated by an independent company (Prada or any of the Boutiques will not do it for you). Turned out it was fake (not that I needed it authenticated to know it was a fake), but I was lucky and was able to recover my money through PayPal. Wishing everyone else the best of luck recovering their money. Lesson learned - buy direct from the boutiques.

Wow, I haven’t been active so long on tpf and I’m appalled to know there are so many new victims. Hope you all the best, but I guess we are all lucky to have stumbled on tpf and have doubts on the authenticity in the first place. If not who knows how long we will be using the counterfeit crap from MYNETSALE.
Since previously I posted my personal email on the forum, there have been numerous unhappy customers/victims emailing me regarding counterfeit goods supplied by MYNETSALE. I hope you all have your money returned and they everyone has reported them to ACCC if you had a bad experience. Do not stop when you finally get your refund, take some action for the sake of future buyers.

Hey guys,

I purchased 2 bags from MNS, and have just found out that at least one of them is fake . They are both (albeit lightly) used, and the 14days has most definitely passed, so I doubt they will give me a refund... What are your suggestions for next step?

Is it possible to get a refund through PayPal? I think some of the other ladies have got a refund that way.

Good luck!

I bought an Antigona from them. Took 1mth or so to arrive. When it finally did, the bag was fake. Just did not look n feel right . sizing was wrong, zipper of poor quality, no tag. Was given a refund finally. From my personal experience, definitely would not recommend this site.

Just email then telling them that you have had the bags checked and they are fake and you would like a refund if they refuse just threaten to report them to the ACCC they won't allow that to happen. If you paid with a credit card you could always contact your bank as well if they refuse to refund but in my case they did I think they don't want to risk people making complaints

UPDATE :

They have offered me a full refund for my bag, even though I have used it!

To everyone out there who think they may be in the same situation, get your bag checked, then email MNS. They were very kind, considerate and fast responding with my situation. They sent me a postage return label, and just asked for the proof that it is fake. (Which I have in emails from Givenchy)

Will update you all again when/if I get my full refund, but at this point it is looking pretty good.

What a bummer. I loved the bag and thought it was a good deal. I guess I've learnt the hard way that if its too good to be true, it probably isn't!

Before you send them back using their reply paid consider a few things.

You have NO postage tracking for the bags. They have the tracking, because they've provided YOU the reply paid. This means if your bags go missing in the post - you will have no proof that you sent them back or that MNS received them. Which means you have no basis for claim with paypal or your credit card company to get your money back.

My strong advice having gone through this myself. KEEP THE BAGS. Immediately speak to your credit card company or paypal - depending how you purchased them to lodge the issue, who will then work as the authority to find you a refund. If you send the bags back without a resolution, you will no longer have the products if required to show proof of purchase or proove that they're fake. Seek advice of your credit card company first and foremost to know your rights.

Next, go to an authenticator to get a letter of authentication.

Good luck and hope you get the money back!

Don't be fooled with their "lovely" customer service this company is a scam and a bunch of thieves who have been happily taking money off people and selling them fakes for the price of real designer bags think about all the poor people that have paid $$$$ thousands of dollars for fake handbags! Count yourself lucky you figured it out and the ONLY reason you are getting a refund is because they don't want you to take it further and risk having this criminal organization shut down so what everyone should be doing is reporting this to the ACCC and get them shut down

Hey smerce,

thank you for your advice. I just double checked and I paid for the bag using paypal. Do you think they would still act as an authority even though I purchased the bag last year? I also use my paypal account quite a lot (buying and selling on ebay), so i'm unsure if i will even be able to find the transaction through my account list...

Agreed! I am just glad that I will (hopefully) be getting my money back.

Hopefully lots of other people see this thread so they can do the same!
