Glad for you!! I tried to lodge a PayPal dispute but I didn't receive the MNS bag until more than 45 days after the initial transaction which is their timeframe to lodge a claim... I tried to escalate and explain my situation and everything to no avail but I managed to obtain a returns request form from MNS. They should have received my bag by now so I am expecting my refund to be processed ASAP. Until I get my money back,
I will not rest!

How stressful for you :(
mns intentionally delivers the bag after 35 days to prevent people from lodging via Paypal...
I hope you get your money back, I understand how you are feeling now :(

I hope they process it quickly for you - it's pretty stressful waiting.... Did they say how long it would take to process??

I've for my fingers crossed for you it all happens quickly.

Nope they didn't but from other experiences, it seems like it should be processed within one week or less? I'll be stalking my account everyday .... This whole ordeal has just been traumatic!

I got my refund in my account this morning. The item was received by them on Thursday and the refund was processed that afternoon as I received an email confirming that the refund had been processed by MNS. I didn't see it in my account on Friday so I called my bank manager, he advised me to check on Saturday morning and voila! It had gone in overnight. I think if they agree to a refund they will process it quickly. So if they sent you a returns form and a reply paid e-parcel label it means that they have accepted the refund. That's what happened with me. So I think it will also happen with you :)

Ahh so happy for you! Can't wait for this to be over. I've been checking my PayPal account everyday waiting for it to come through... I sent mine back last Tuesday. Should I have received a 'received' email from MNS by now, or give it a few more days?

Thanks for that - didn't realise you could track returns! Have just checked - it was returned last Tuesday and delivered on Friday. I just emailed them to show that I am fully aware the bag has been received and I am still waiting on my refund. Gah so close to the end ...

So... Today something so weird happened! Net a porter is running an Instagram comp where you take a photo of your delivery and hash tag etc to win a voucher. I put a photo up of my mini pandora from netaporter and 5 days later mynetsale reposts it as their photo to sell the mini Pandora that are currently on their sale!!!! What the?????
