I am new on the forum and I also bought a Prada Saffiano 2274 from My Net Sale!!! I am such an idiot because I did do some research prior, but my friend had gotten one and it looked SO authentic and real so I figured maybe it would be OK..
But I went onto the authenticate threads and seen a few posts where the bags looks legit but have been deemed a fake!! Of course I cannot tell at all, the bag was weighty, the gold ware looked good..
Anyway, I decided to email them to CANCEL the order (I only made it 2 days ago) and they replied and said I'm not allowed to!! They said I am free to return the bag for a store credit when I receive it, because "it the stock is immediately packed and shipped from our European office, to us here in Sydney. For this reason we are unable to cancel an order after the live online event has ended."
So now, I went on their website, and the event is still open!
I emailed them but they are not replying....
Unsure what else to do now

Some of the ladies here might have some good advice for you - maybe contact them?? I remember reading someone received a refund by lodging a PayPal dispute.
Maybe wait until you receive it and then have it authenticated??
Hello! That sounds awful! I don't know if is will make you feel better but yes mynetsale is really dodgy but im 90% sure the bag I bought off them was real. I did return it and get a full refund as the whole experience and their activities left a bad taste in my mouth. I bought another antigona from net a porter and it was exactly the same. I got my money back via Paypal. Don't bother emailing mns.
Lodge it with Paypal ASAP. You only have 45 days from the purchase date to lodge a claim. Once you lodged a claim you can earn some time getting things organized.
I just got a givenchy pandora bag from there but it hasnt delivered to me yet...>< and after reading this i am really scared that its a fake...how do i get the authentication done?
