If you're willing to the pay the 2,000 GBP premium, Harrods by Appointment can get it within days! I think the premium might be more for the more rare items!

Have you had experience with acquiring an Hermes item via Harrods by Appointment before?

I had them allocate the bags... but I decided it wasn't worth it because I wanted a simple one so it elevated the price to double its worth! If it was for a more expensive bag, I would have definitely! I know they can allocate any type, so it is a pretty good alternative if you're willing to splash!

The the Bond Street store is not longer operating a list - can't definitively say for the Sloane Street store as I am not a customer there (but I think they have also done away with their list).
