hmm I think everyone is a bit confused about london stores MOST LONDON STORES have podium list which open to non vip clients in march.

SELFRIDGES, BOND, SLOANE and HARRODS AND ROYAL EXCHANGE will take request for the best clients before they go to paris (or after paris -depends whether your in town or not).

SLOANE,HARRODS AND BOND offer the remainder of their podium list in march to non vips.
ROYAL EXCHANGE AND SELFRIDGES offer bags according to their client list or to walk ins

thanks for the info! i gave Sloane St what i wanted before they went to Paris and my SA took it down. When i called them after the Paris trip i was told to call when the list opens. SO i wonder why they had asked for what i wanted in the first place.

I really dont have a clue why this was done to you, but the proceedure above is how i have always got my bags from london. with the sm or sa taking my request before paris and then calling once the bag arrives.

Yes me too. How long did you have to wait for your bags to arrive from Paris if it was a podium order? I'm guessing the list will be open soon so i would like to estimate the length of time it'll take to get my dream bag! TIA!

Dont worry im sure it will come in store very quickly especially with so many people refusing bags, some stores are awash with leather B's AND k'S:yahoo:

The fact remains that Selfridges has no list!

Probably, as its the cheapest place in the world for one at the moment so everyone wants to get one from here. But the last price hike is bringing it in line now with Paris, so once the exchage rate restores back to €1.15 per £1; Birkins will be the same price.

Why are you shouting?

When I say there is no list I am referring to the one that they open once they know which bags they are getting following podium, in other words the pre-sell list.

You can of course ask at any point but things are run differently at Selfridges

Excuse the capitals no offense meant,
The list exists! All stores have lists they all know exactly what they are going to recieve each season (sometimes they are sent random bags from paris that they did not order from time to time). Selfridges and Royal exchange just do not open their list to non vips like Sloane, Bond or Harrods do.
thats it plain and simple
