I have to move back in with my parents for a short time and I'm dreading them getting a glimpse of my loot. I work three jobs so I feel that I deserve a little somethin' somethin'. LOL.

I was told today by a friend that I'm not allowed to go out shopping alone anymore....

My hubby supports me but I'm pretty sure he's gonna get fed up pretty soon coz he's starting to ask questions like , you just got a purse the other day, now you're looking for another one to buy? :wtf: hahaha

DH thinks it's ridiculous. But he will weigh in on which bags he likes. Loves by Kooba Meredith. Not many other people know how much I spend. Don't really have any friends who are into bags so I have to share on the forum.

My mom has a few designer bags but not nearly as many as I have and she doesn't really get my obsession with them. My friends think I am crazy for spending hundreds on a purse, so TPF is like a safe haven for me!

my parents dont understand AT ALL.. my boyfriend understands i have a passion for bags and actually helps me decide when im stuck, which i think is so sweet! but he always just says; ''are you sure? its a lot of money!'' haha.

yes they do think I am crazy! luckily my fiance's sister is just as bad, maybe even worse! and his mom will buy these things for me and her! My Fiance has bought me a designer bag each birthday even though he "doesnt get why girls want them" relatives and friends ask, "is that real?" -- i feel like that is such a classless question and shouldn't even be asked because why would i want to flaunt, or even carry a fake bag?? what do you guys say when someone asks, "Is that real??" I never know what to say because I dont want to sound rude by saying OF COURSE!

I'm glad there are others! Everyone thinks I'm crazy, so I hide the handbags ( and shoes). If my dad or brother says anything about a handbag, I just say I bought it at Target, they are completely clueless. One of my friends gets it, but I don't even talk with the rest about the passion for purses.

my fam doesnt understand at all! they wouldn't have me spending that much money on a bag they rather me get something else more practical. but its so hardd to stopp thinkign about a bag u realllllly reallly want!

I get different opinions from everyone...

Starting with my family. Daddy supports me and my spending as long as I buy "designer" brands because he use to get really angry with me when I was younger and only bought bags from places like Forever21... lol. So Daddy supports! Mommy, she's jealous! Hahha. No, Mommy supports too, she usually likes it when I get bags that she likes, so we can "share". My sister thinks I'm straight out INSANE. But she's only 14.. so...

My friends support me, sort of. We believe that everyone has different things we like to spend $ on. Such as my gay bestfriend Chris, who spends all his money on his Barbie collection and my friend Mei Lin who spends all her money on FOOD and TAKING STUDIO PICTURES. We all spend our $ differently. But Mei Lin judges my handbag spending sometimes... she only approves of my MIU MIU bow, either than that, she'll make fun of me if she doesn't like the handbag.

My boyfriend understands and SUPPORTS my obsession 101% :D

My Mom is older now but when she was younger she would drive me nuts buying bags from K-Mart when she could have afforded anything she wanted. The most expensive I get is Coach level but she still thinks it is too much.
My husband does not really know how much I spend - or else he pretends not to notice.
