Wow the Gris Tarmac looks like my kind of grey! No undertones!!! I never liked anthracite because it always looked blue or green depending on the lighting...may have to get something in GT!

Wish they brought the old giant hardware back because I miss the true giant envelope clutches!!!

I received some more photos from a different Bal Boutique and these (especially casis) look less dull than the photos that I got from Bal NY. Or maybe it is just me:smile1:?? I actually really like Casis and I am not a burgundy kind of person.

Thanks so much for the additional pics! The colors do look different. And I'm not a gray kinda gal, but I think GT looks soooo nice!!!

I haven't been on TPF for a-a-a-a-ges, so it is nice to see this season's colours up.

Casis and Gris Tarmac have my vote as "Colours-I'd-Most-Like-To-Have-This-Season"... However, I shall do my best to hold off buying anything at all!

Thanks for the pics! Now I'm wondering if I should go for anthra while it's still available or gris tarmac... hmmm... decisions decisions...

Ah - these pics are MUCH better!! The Cassis is truer to the original pics that I saw, where I think I said that it looked a lot like the "oldie" GRENAT.

I'm intrigued by the Jacynthe, as it really does remind me of the Bleu Glacier, but I'm not liking all the veining (and this from someone who likes her Bals on the very distressed side!).

I was sure hoping for a more vibrant blue since I missed out on EB and Outremer... Maybe next year... Looks like I'll finally end with some basic colors I always know I need (but get distracted by color)...

My Gris Tarmac mGSH just arrived and I love this color. It is a true, medium gray without any undertones. The leather is nicely wrinkled and soft. As for the handles and corners, there are a few white lines, but the leather doesn't feel dry to me. Maybe I'm just not as picky as some others, but I think this bag is great. I've added some crummy iphone photos. Will try to get better shots of the handles and corners tonight with my camera. Will also post some color comparison shots.

Beautiful bag! Thank you for the pictures! If you have Plomb, could you please post comparison pics?

okay, here are some more photos which I hope will be better and more helpful.
The first photo shows what the color looks like outdoors. I think it is fairly accurate.
The next two show the color indoors pretty accurately.
The final two show the white veins on the handles and corners. They don't bother me at all, but some might not like them.
I don't find any of the leather dry. Again, subjective.

Some comparison photos of Gris Tarmac, Gris Ciment and Greige. Not the most accurate as far as the colors go. But they should give you an idea of the difference. They sure make Greige look Taupe and not Gray!

And last but not least, a new feature! Inside pockets!
