Well, stupid me didn;t get signature confirmation, I just used their label straight up. I don't know what I was thinking.
kate spade never retains value, even on the bay, even if your bag is NWT attached. There's only a small followers on kate spade and they have sales many times in a year. good luck with your sale
I have sent them 3 bags using their USPS labels (they used to do UPS - I sent them a couple that way with no worries). I freaked out every SECOND until I got my checks. I have sold them OVER 25 items, and the last 20 or so have been sent to them on my own dime. I'd rather pay postage/insurance/DC and make SURE that they get there. And my stupid post office said I can't use their prepaid labels and add my own insurance/DC, I had to pay the ENTIRE cost if I wanted the extra services. With the great quotes they've given me on my Coach stuff, it is well worth it to me to pay the extra for shipping.
It does take them a while to get items back to you. On average it has taken me 4 weeks to send an item and get a check. I too was told that they are going to send a few of my items back and have yet to see them. They have been great otherwise and offer fair prices. I just hope when I receive my items back they are mine!
I submitted some items and they offered more than Yoogi's, but the offers because were still quite low considering the condition of my bags. I would say their offers were about 25% of retail for my premium designer items and about 15% for my lower end items. Their store credit offers were pretty good but since that's not what I was looking for it's just too bad.

That is strange that your post office won't let you add insurance/DC to their label. Mine simply rang up everything as if I was paying postage as well, and then deducted the amount of postage at the end. I only ended up paying for the insurance and DC cost. On my receipt the deduction shows up as "Customer Postage" and debits the main shipping cost. You should try asking them again... or try another PO.
Well my packages show as being received about 12:30pm CST yesterday via USPS tracking, but still no updates from BBOS as to having received the bags... Emailed them so hopefully they got them and they did not get delivered to the wrong place!

I'm sorry - mine never takes that long! It's usually 1.5 weeks from the time I send the item out til the day I receive the check. Sorry!
My post office is stupid, and I don't want to drive 30-45 minutes (one-way) to the city to find another post office.
I just submitted my very last item to BBoS, so hopefully I won't have to worry about it again. 
I am in the process of trying to submit my form to them and have tried on numerous occasions from 2 different computers and no matter how much I compress the images, it's still saying the files are too large to send. How did you resize your photos so they will be the right size requirement? Thank you for any advice/help you can offer me!I am in the process of selling one of my NWT Coach bags to them - it's a current release, and they offered me a very fair, very reasonable price, AND they pay for shipping the bag to them. My bag will go on the UPS truck tomorrow and head their way. I was told that once they receive the bag in hand, it takes about 10 days to go through their inspection process, and then they'll cut a check.
I've rented several bags from them, and am now selling this one to them. I have to say that they are FABULOUS. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, and the bags I have rented so far have been delightful. I am VERY pleased!

I got the same message when I was trying to submit three pictures. I tried again with only 2 pictures and it went through.
I currently have 3 offers on coach bags that I have accepted. We will have to see how it goes
