I got the same message when I was trying to submit three pictures. I tried again with only 2 pictures and it went through.

I currently have 3 offers on coach bags that I have accepted. We will have to see how it goes
Thank you for your response. I'm so glad I figured it out. I tried it with less pics and I also reduced the megapixels on my camera. That worked like a charm! That's awesome you got offers and it worked out. I will eagerly await & see what happens! :-)

I used to be a big advocate of their services. But now I'm pissed! The first time I sold them a few bags, it took 9 days from beginning to end (submitting my bag online, to receiving the check). Now it's been 9 days and I still haven't heard jack! WTF!?!

This is the first time I've sold with them too and I am quite nervous! I used sig confirmation so I know that my bags were received at 12:30pm last Thursday, but still no confirmation from BBOS that they've been received. Sounds like this process is going to take around 2 weeks or more!! Not what I expected at all.

Thanks for your concern,

After yet another long time consuming call to them, They told me that they did not know why their bank had not sent me the rest of the money and that i would receive an email when they knew more. The next day or so I received an email stating that the bank had sent the check. On Friday the 23rd I finally received the rest of them money:sweatdrop:

They also told that they had been backed up sending things back to people.
I'll let you know when I receive my bag back and as a another member said: If it's even my bag.

thanks

I sent out a bag today using their USPS label. I went to my PO to send it out. I paid $5 for ins. and D/C.

LVgirl888: Have you heard anything from BBOS about receiving your bag yet?

I am getting very nervous... USPS said BBOS received both of my packages last Thursday at noon, and BBOS still has not updated me yet. The "Quote Accepted" Please send your bag, is still showing on my sellers page... Starting to feel like I'm getting ripped off!

You are NOT getting ripped off. It can take 4 or 5 days for them to update the computer to say "Purchased By Avelle." Your item HAS to go through the Authentication/Inspection process first. They received my last batch of items last Thursday, and it *just* updated about an hour ago. Relax, really - they are legitimate. :D

I sold 4 bags in about two weeks I had my money for all of them. Did I get a lot-probably less than if I sold them myself, but I work and don't have time to mess with all of the listings etc, mailing, and other steps involved. Then too, I worry that someone will pay me, keep the bag and file some bogus claim on Paypal. So it's just easier to send them to BBOS and let them sell them-although they get a lot more for them than they pay you!

CoachGirlJami: Thanks much for your reassurance!:D I've literally never sold anything online or anywhere for more than a $200... so sending off two bags that I paid just over $2800 for it quite nerve racking! I now realize I just need to be patient and wait! Glad to hear from someone who has worked with them before about their timelines, as I couldn't find much about timelines on BBOS's website. I could only find the 3-5 days for being paid, but that's about it. It would be helpful if they stated that the whole process would take approx. 2 to 3 weeks.

^^I haven't heard from them yet. I tracked the package through USPS & it says that the package was & has been delivered to the PO box. So, I guess I will wait another week for BBOS to reply.

Yep, sounds like it's just a waiting game now... I just wanted to check with others to see if they were experiencing the same timelines as myself... If I was the only one who was waiting this long, I would be even more worried. You and CoachGirlJami have reassured me that this is normal for BBOS. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I'm glad I could help. Seriously, though, it's going to be okay, and it will ALL be worth it when you get those nice checks. I've sold almost 30 items to them now (I need to go count again), and have never had a problem. I think they are AWESOME. And their prices for Coach are great, and I don't have to deal with the jungle that is feeBay. :D

I just found on their site 4 out of the 5 bags/wallet I sold to them. I'll tell you what seeing them felt like. It felt like seeing your recent ex with another women. Even though you're the one that broke up with him.:shucks:

anyone had an experience with Anns FF? they offer the highest percentage: they offer the bag for sale at 15% off retail (unless they find it on sale somewhere) and they pay they pay us 60% of the sale. yoogie's pays more at 70% of sale. I am sending either one some bags that didn't sell on ebay but i have a chanel wallet to sell; similar one sold on ebay for $525 so i'm def going to list it on ebay because i'd only get about $300 from these consignment sites.
