i use bonanza and have found it to be great. Paypal is where they rob you...figures since it's part of ebay. But better safe than sorry
you're right! I just got my quote back & they offered $265 cash & $397 credit

The bag retails at $1250!! Any other ideas of where I could sell it? Any thoughts on bonanza? I'm too afraid of ebay...

Why do they want receipts? Receipts have nothing to do with authenticity - Coach bags have CREEDS that prove authenticity. I could go into Photoshop right now and make up a fake receipt. Idiots. And they OBVIOUSLY know what retail on these bags is, since they are selling used bags for about 10% less than retail. I made the mistake of buying ONE bag from them, and it was very used - stains and with scratched/scraped/very worn leather. I sold it on eBay for a HUGE loss, just to get rid of it, since those morons only refund in store credit, and I don't want another of their beat-down bags. Ick.

You can try Yoogi's. They are picky as well, but their customer service CANNOT be beat. They are so helpful and nice, I really like them alot. Fashionphile seems to only do consignment, every time I submit a bag to them, I tell them I was to do "direct purchase" and they always tell me they could sell it for consignment. So I gave up.

I'm happy to sell my bag to them. I sold 4 bag to them 2 Gucci and 2 Chloe. Yes, they are offered low but it is a business. And they are a company with customer service, warehouse, website... The fee to maintenance is not cheap.
I can get cash after few days later. Honestly, I don't count how much for retail value for brand new. I count how many year for that styles. And actual cost. I bought bAg when it is on sale or whatever. Used them couple time... Then storage it. And they offered me a fair price to make me happy.

I would love to hear what their CS rep has to say about the super low prices they have been offering, and all the rejections lately. She posts on here from time to time, but only seems to be active in the fake bag thread.

BBS rejected my louis vuitton monogram bag in very good condition. I've since sold it to Yoogi for a good price. :shrugs:

I had a receipt, tags, dust bag, box, the whole 9.

I tried to sell them an LV. Got a decent offer price compared to what the same style bag was going for on ebay and such. Sent them the bag and all the paperwork, etc. I had for the bag-only missing receipt since it was purchased back in 2003. Then they rejected the bag and sent it back to me...who knows. Maybe because my bag is made in USA...not France???

I wouldn't think so because a lot of LV is made in US. Did they give you any explanation?
