Are Gusttos not selling well or something? I sent them the same pics again of my olive Gustto Baca, which I thought was really popular for Gustto, a week later to get a different quote of the 695 bag in excellent condition with tags and dust bag. They only gave me 5 bucks more in the offer from 120 to 125.

I broke down and sent them another bag today - it's one I forgot I had because I've never used it. Let's hope my streak of good BBoS luck holds out - I'm freaking out now after hearing of all these declined bags.

I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge the last bag I sent in. I didn't put DC on it because the post office refused to do that on a postage due label, saying it was against regulation. Whatever, it's been done before.

It should be ok. Knock on wood. That happened to me, too. I have sent many things to BBOS and added insurance and DC with no problems. Until a few days ago. The post office said if I wanted to add insurance and DC, I had to pay for the whole postage and I wouldn't be able to use BBOS pre-printed label.

I thought the problem was with the DC? Avelle recommends adding insurance, so I thought you could. It's a PITA, but you could use a 3rd party insurer like PIC. However I think they want tracking...

^When I went to the post office last week, they said I could not add tracking. I think they said I could add Certificate of Mailing or something like that. I took a risk without adding any extra services and I checked my account and they received the package.

When BBOS returned my item, they did not wrap it up properly. It seemed like as if they threw it in a box with one or two air bubble bags. A part of my item is loose now because of that. I don't know if it got damage on the way there or the way back to me. Since they did not tell me why my item was declined. I guess that's what happens when shipping things. I still would sell more items to them, if they are willing to accept and purchase them.

They sent back one of my chanel bags that I sent them (I included dust bag and original chanel box) and when they sent it back to me they just sent my bag in the dust cover! What's up with that??

OMG!!!! i sent in a LV wallet and they sent it back without the box and the little cards :confused1:

what do they do with the boxes that they forget to return to us??????

Has anyone actually contacted customer service about that? They may still have the box & cards at the warehouse or wherever they process these bags. They should send those back AND give a chunk of credit away!

You can buy insurance and DC if you want, just take the package to the PO counter and tell them you are only paying for that and not the actual shipping. Some employees might give you a hard time about it, but they have to do it.

There should be an option at the top of the form to edit the address, and you can edit your account address thru the website. It's best just to call them if you think it would be an issue though.

you would think they can just offer lower and use their handbag repair service.
