I forgot to say thanks for your input ladies! I also think it was condition the item was in they would send it for cleaning and deduct cost

Just wondering... does anyone know why BBOS would give you a quote (after seeing pictures) and then decline once it is "inspected". I only buy authentic bags (from boutiques/department stores) and they have declined two of my bags. I don't understand. They are in mint condition. I would think that if it was an older style they were not interested in they would be able to tell from the pictures and not give you a false hope of purchasing. When they have declined they say they can not elaborate on why, but something failed inspection... what does that mean???? Please help!!
I had this same thing happen to me. One was a NWT current Chanel, the other a mint current Dior - both were declined. I'm totally curious as to why. Yoogi's offer for the same items were too low - less than 50% retail. Also, I wonder if once an item is declined, could we try to submit it again since many here have said that different individuals do the quoting.
^^
You're right, I won't bother. To answer your previous question, I did have receipts and cards, etc. for those items because these were the items I purchased myself. They never did give a reason for declining.
out of curiosity, what did you spend the credit on?
I was wondering has anyone submitted a quote to BBOS and BBOS did not make an offer to purchase the bag, before?
don't know yet.....i asked if they could hold a wallet for me and they said no, i i guess i'll just wait it out![]()
I am tempted to accept a credit but I don't know how long they will stay in business for and that yoogi's have steeper discounts than BBOS' private sale.

avelle has been in business for quite awhile now.
It could be the age, condition, and the demand. What brand was it?
