Experiences with SELLING to Bag Borrow or Steal

It took them a day to give me a quote. It took me about 2-3 days to think about letting go of my bag. Then it took me about 1 -2 days to go to the post office, because I have been busy at work. Then it took BBOS a few days to examine my bag and then they emailed me about sending me a check. So, it's not too bad.

I did read this thread but it was just people surprised at this happening, no one really explained it.
It WAS explained, at least twice. They have several employees who do quotes on bags, and the quote amount depends on the employee who appraised the bag and wrote the quote.
I have sent them 3 bags using their USPS labels (they used to do UPS - I sent them a couple that way with no worries). I freaked out every SECOND until I got my checks. I have sold them OVER 25 items, and the last 20 or so have been sent to them on my own dime. I'd rather pay postage/insurance/DC and make SURE that they get there. And my stupid post office said I can't use their prepaid labels and add my own insurance/DC, I had to pay the ENTIRE cost if I wanted the extra services. With the great quotes they've given me on my Coach stuff, it is well worth it to me to pay the extra for shipping.
Their CS told me they offer 20-30% for coach stuff, is that true?
