do you guys use the return label to ship it back or to pay for the shipping out of your own pocket?

If you use the return shipping label they provided, can you ask for priority and tracking?

oh I meant it says to deliver it to a UNIT.

Do you know approx how long they send you the check upon receiving the bag?

Do you pay for tracking out of your own pocket?

That's not weird, it's simply the address on the parcel. I personally do not care what the name is on the parcel, as long as it goes to the correct PO Box, and I get my checks. (And for the record, I have always been paid for items I have sent to BBoS - they are completely legitimate). It simply saves the sender $$$, by letting the PO know to charge the receiver (in this case BBoS) for postage.

Tracking and any insurance is out of your own pocket. BBOS pays for the shipping, which is postage due when received. The label is the same one you see for any department store's merchandise returns. But since it's postage due, it might confuse some postal employees when you try to add extra services on top of it.

After receiving and inspecting the item, they email you that the check is in the mail. After that, you wait about 2-3 days to receive the check through the mail.

You pay for tracking yourself. It's about 70 cents.

If you have multiple items to send to them, did you send each item separately or all together in one box? TIA.

I contacted Natalie at BBoS, and she said that it is encouraged to send them all in one box, just make sure you put a copy of each quote email in the box. I personally printed out 3 copies of each quote email - one for my files, one in the dustbag with each bag, and then the 3rd copies were stapled together and put in the top of the box. :D
