Same for me, the bag is laid on its back and I keep the bag insert inside to maintain the shape then pop it back into the box.... Hope that helps!
Same with me, on her back in her original box with her sangles loose. Dust bag on. I think it's important to store the bag with a properly fitted insert. Sometimes I reverse the position of the bag when I store it in the box so that the hardware is facing down, I read somewhere that it is good to rotate the sleep position.

Thanks for the tip!
I’ve read about on it’s side. Sorry about the silly question, but literally on its side? How does this benefit the bag? Sorry noob question.
I think she means back, like how it comes from the store. Not the actual side of the bag.

Yes, when I say on her side, I mean not upright, rather, on her back similar to how she came in the box. HTH :blush:

Loving the new Twilly. Interesting when tied and kind of subtle [emoji172]

Ladies I need your help! I’ve stored my 6 months old BF B30 in the dustbag whenever I am not using it. Tonight, I took it out to admire it and noticed thay the leather started to have chalky patches on them. I took pics and emailed my SA immediately. Can someone tell me if this has ever happened to them? View attachment 4245286View attachment 4245287View attachment 4245288View attachment 4245289View attachment 4245290View attachment 4245291
Yes, this morning I noticed an overall chalky, whitish haze on my bf. I took my hair dryer on low heat and carefully went over the entire bag. Poof. Just as periogirl28 suggested, haze disappeared. Whew! I love this forum!

@jenniferx430 Most likely oils in the leather coming to the surface with humid conditions. Barenia treatment consists of long tanning periods in fat, so this is probably even more common with this leather. If you can take it to a store with a craftsperson, please do. I wouldn't recommend or do it myself (that's just me) but I know that otherwise you can run a hairdryer lightly over it on warm setting and it should disappear.
Thank you so much, your hair dryer tip worked perfectly!
