Does any one know... when a bag with white stitching (BF or Barenia) is sent to spa, is there any color change to the white stitching? I am a ways off from a spa visit, but is something I was interested to know. I ride, and with saddles the white stitching doesnt last very long after a few cleanings and eventually blends into the color of the leather. Both my Bs have white stitching and something I am very interested in knowing. Thank you!

My R&D guys are working on it. Gonna take a quantum leap in tech first they tell me. In the meantime though, they suggest make-believe as a temporary solution [emoji33]. They’re a bit saucy, I’m looking for their replacements as we speak.

I have both, smooth and grained. I love them both, but in different ways. Faubourg is prettier, in that it doesn’t get the abrasions, and in my experience it’s patina seems to evolve quicker. Smooth is the classic, and there’s nothing like it as it ages.

If I had a choice between a smooth B25 and a Faubourg b25 (not that they make them as far as I know), it would be Faubourg. I love it that much.
