Not at all. Owner the GM Mono from 2013-2016, used her to death, then sold at same price I bought her for and bought the Damier Ebene MM with pink interior as soon as it came out! Then last year got the Damier Ebene in GM and just recently bought the Monogram MM with red interior.... I do believe this is the most practical bag own and wouldn’t think of not being without one!

I was at Target past Saturday shopping for last minute Christmas and at one point in Electronics section, there was a lady in front of me and next to me both with NF MM Monogram. When I came out of the aisle, there was another lady to my right with NF MM DE. And as I was checking out, saw another NF MM Monogram in the next checkout aisle. I have never seen so many NF in one setting. I am not a fan of this bag - at least not this size - but the world begs to differ.
Oh and I had my Favorite MM DE on me and I felt like it was a LV party. LOL

Yes and yes!!! Everyone has one which is why I kind of got over it. That and the thin straps and lack of closure
The Neverfull was almost my first bag but I asked the SA if they had something with a zipper. She brought out the Totally MM and that was the one for me. I can leave the zipper open if I want to put more stuff in it but I rarely need to. It's the perfect travel tote/first LV for me.
I always have Neverfulls because as soon as I sold them I miss them had to go buy them again, rarely use them though 
right now have three after had just sold one set. And I think you are right, almost everyone buys Neverfull or speedy as their first LV bag, my fist store purchas was a mono Neverfull too
I believe LV tried many times to use a new design to retire Neverfull but haven’t been successful

I was at Target last week returning a Black Friday item and got the snotty stink eye from a woman carrying a NF MM mono after she pointedly looked at my bag. I was carrying a Saleya PM DE. It was really quite rude. Um, just cuz I was carrying a bag that not everybody has didn’t justify the attitude.....not everyone likes the NF, myself included.
that was quite rude of her! not everyone has same taste.
I LOVE my Saleya. Even though I haven't reached for it in years since I like something I can throw on my shoulder, I will never sell her.
I saw 2 other ladies in the check out line with their lovely LV Neverfull DE at Target during a rainy Sunday. I was also carrying my Neverfull.
I personally think this is one of the greatest ‘bad weather’ bags and I am obviously not alone in this thought
It is also a very good, sturdy ‘travel companion’. I am currently self-quarantining in a hotel room (since I am working in the ED, no vaccine here yet) with my Neverfull.

Same!!!!!!! I wish I'd gotten one back when they were $1200 vs. $1500 now.
My only ‘embarrassment’ from carrying designer bags/purses is that I might be seen as snobby by others. I don’t live in a poor area but I wouldn’t say it’s designer-ridden so actually Neverfulls etc are not everywhere for me. I Would probably prefer it if they were everywhere!
