My fiance (have to get used to that lol!!) hired a photographer to photograph the whole event!!! He did an amazing job, my mom can't even look at the pics without tearing up.
I even have some spy pics taken of us walking through the park before it even happened. He was so glad I did not notice the photog until after I realized what was going on!

I feel very lucky to have a whole set of pictures documenting the whole engagement moment!!

I got engaged yesterday to the man of my dreams with the ring of my dreams!!!!

Cartier Ballerine, 2.01 ct emerald cut center stone, VS1, F color, i think the side stones are .6 carats total weight. I am a size 7 finger. I am in LOOOVVEEEE

this is such an amazing story, balenciaga! and i must say, i am jealous that you're in NYC. i miss it so much (lived there several years ago before i moved to colorado). my brother lives there now and my whole family (aside from my parents) all live in the new york/connecticut areas.
