When you open the UID, cross your fingers that she doesn't respond. If she responds, even if she doesn't pay, the feedback will stand. But if she ignores the UID, you can have ebay remove it.

I reported it to eBay as negative feedback, they said they'd review it blah blah, I did actually respond to her feedback stating my side of the story to save my butt. I'm so furious I've never had this problem before!
Okay! Thank you, then hopefully it'll be taken care of tomorrow once I file. I've never had this problem with buyers before, and I've never had to report someone. It's so frustrating!
Are you sure it's automatic? I think she'll have to call ebay to get the neg removed. But she can't do it till she closes the dispute and gives the buyer a strike. That means it'll be 4 days after opening the dispute.
It also means the buyer will have 4 days to pay. And if she pays, unless she agrees to a feedback revision, the neg will stay.
if they dont respond it comes off automatically, that's what ebay told me and mine was removed right away
This buyer paid but then gave me a hard time claiming my authentic LV item was FAKE!!! She also refused to believe two of Carol Ives's authentication emails! She said I was probably fooled. :censor:

She continues to harass the seller, now claiming to be a "secret shopper" who scours ebay for fake Coaches and reports them to Coach. Pffft.
