Well ladies, I getting ready to add two more to the list. I sold this bag twice. It must be a newbie magnet. First, with 0 FB . At least she reponded to my contact.

So I relisted, and another person with 1 FB won it. She tried to find this purse for sell on the regular Gucci and couldn't find it so now she thinks it a fake. (oh, brother! To think you can buy a brand new, still in stores purse for under a $150.:wacko:I am way too nice to these people. I directed her to do her research and sent her here to get an education on what's authentic!

Sorry, I'm venting!!!! 2 unpaid bidders on the same bag twice in a row!!!!!!

Not exactly an unpaid bidder, but a stupid and possibly dishonest buyer...

tiffbear6 bought and paid for a pair of 7FAM Gwenevere skinnies from me (I require immediate pmt on my BINs), then immediately messaged me to ask if I could "retract the bid" because she wanted another similar style, not denim, and had "bid on the wrong pair" (yet she has close to 500 FB and is clearly not a newbie to Ebay). When I called her out on her rash buying behavior (and pointed out that canceling a transaction is more complicated than "retracting a bid") she got all testy and said that she would immediately refund a buyer and that not doing so was "really bad business"...well, buying items without reading the listing and immediately demanding a refund is more like "really bad business!" (Never mind that I don't offer refunds at all--only store credits) In addition, because she has so many feedback, I'm wondering if there's more to the story than her simply not reading the listing before going through the multi-step PP payment process (which she should've known how to stop if she's made that many purchases before) So, if you keep a "dumbass buyer list" or anything of the sort...this buyer deserves a special place on it.

Me too! I had to cancel 3 transactions and looks like 4 in just 2 weeks. that's pretty considering I have only listed about 8 items.

eBay is being pretty flakey right now. There needs to be more teeth put into the non-payer bidder!

oh no, 4 in 2 weeks! That's no good. I was dealing with a few non-payer bidders lately. I had to cancel these 2 transactions in a week :(. And one of them even contacted me before the auction ended offering a BIN price. So I cannot understand why she was asking me a lot of questions and then when she won the auction, she never answered any of my emails. What a waste of time.

Ugh, another one.

sogkswldms bid on my Paige Jimmy Jimmy shorts and asked me to end early (I said this was the only way her international self would get any kind of discount). I had 5 watchers on these in, like, 2 days of their being listed. 2 days later she says "Sorry these are not the item I'm looking for (or something--her English is so horrible I could barely make sense of any of her messages)" and please cancel the transaction. 3 of the 5 watchers have already "unwatched" the old listing, and I don't know if they or the other 2 will actually bother to watch my relisted item now. Ugh.

Well I had my first non-payer :(
watch out for missdreyster she did a BIN for my NWT Coach.
Never responed to 3 emails and never paid. took a long time to get value fee credit and was not able to relist for all that time. It doesn't seem right that i cannot leave her bad feedback so she stays at 100%. yet I had a psychotic buyer leave me neg because she lost an unfounded case against me over 2 pair of shoes for .99 so i no longer have a 100%. errrrrr thats just wrong:cursing:

If the buyer has lost the case with you, let ebay know and I read some posts here about eBay removing the neg feedback for you if they agree it was not fair/reasonable.

Hope things work out for you!

Unfortunately i have someone else to add to the list. place_dauphine she may have 100 % positive feedback but, don't let that fool you.
I sold this item for a high value, there were only 2 bidders. She placed her first bid 1/2 days after i put the item up for auction , the same day the auction finished she place another bid (max. bid), she won the item so i sent her an invoice. She emails me the nexy day asking me if i could wait until the following week cos she needed to transfer money over to her paypal account. I said it was fine only if she was sure she was gonna be able to pay by then as i was counting with the money for something very important (that's why i sold this item in the first place) she never EVER replied to my emails I opened an unpaid case also, never responded.
Why wasting my time like that? i would have appreciated if she told from the very beginning she changed mind or couldn't afford it anymore. Why emailing me to say she needs time when she has no intention of paying at all? i'm so angry. She's got a recorded unpaid item on her account now so hopefully she won't do this to someone else.

lucieloveslouboutin won a scarf from me three weeks ago and has still not paid. I had been contacting her repeatedly without any reply, despite the fact that she has been actively selling, and leaving feedback for others, during this time.

Not ebay but since a lot of members here also sell on bonanza, avoid this buyer: bonzbuyer715. Don't know if she buys on ebay. Used a bag that was in excellent condition for nearly three weeks, then claimed bag was severely damaged, refused to upload pics for me to help negotiate a solution and has since filed a dispute with paypal after a month of using the bag and also after claiming she wanted the bag because her mother has cancer story.

^Ugh--is there a chance that this buyer is also on TPF, since it seems like a lot of members refer to that site as "bonz"? :thinkin:

I was also wondering, do we have a list for buyers who are not necessarily non-payers, but simply PITAs that others might want to add to their BBLs? I have a couple nominations but didn't know if there was already a thread for that (couldn't find one via search)
