Waste of time. Block this dead beat bidder. yarngirl1973 Never paid and never responded to email. Look at her feedback towards the bottom and you will see she has 5 nonpaying remarks.

domo19love bought a pair of my cls my listing had the insole measurements also noted on the description "final sale so please know your cl sizing" is now demanding a refund because his wife does not fit them ofcourse I refused and he is now making bogus claims to try to win his case. I have a feeling his wife is a tpf member who frequents the cl forum she should know better 
To be fair - this one actually paid. A week later after I filed an unpaid item dispute with ebay.

No payment, no contact, no response to messages. I'm thinking maybe he died. Then, a week later I see he has new feedback left/received for a phone the same as the one he bought from me. Clearly it was too much of an inconvenience for him to send me a one-line email saying that he's been an @sshole and 'mistakenly' bought two phones. Much better instead to just ignore my messages and leave me to hang about wondering whether or not he's ever going to man up and pay for his item.
I wish these idiots would grow a set...

Contact ebay to request that the feedback be removed. Non-payers can't leave negative feedback for sellers.
Edited to add: Do NOT leave a positive feedback with a negative message. I can't believe how many sellers have done that to her. They are only serving to build her feedback score.

That's what I've noticed, I haven't left any feedback. I will be opening a case tomorrow with eBay to report her.
She left feedback on my page as NEGATIVE feedback and this is what she said.
"horrible seller.crazy.freaks out if u dont pay right at ending .crazy!"
Can I dispute that. b/c it's dropped my 100% feedback score down to 93.8%!
If you file a non paying bidder claim and she doesnt respond at all it will be automatically removed when case is closed
