buyer is a RESELLER, she bought with BIN without asking question, received and changed mind because USED condition she CAN NOT RESELL and accused item is FAKE????? send nasty message demand to pay her return postage ON THE SAME day otherwise will GET POLICE INVOLVE, checked her feedback intersting enough that she DID sold FAKE!!

It's been 6 days and this buyer hasnt paid, and the item only costs under $15. is she really that cheap? No response either. I'm trying to be patient so I can file my first NPB on her!

Even though s/he eventually paid, I want to add this buyer into this list to be safe. Mainly because this buyer never responds whatsoever to emails and takes up to 4+ days to pay. I had to threaten him/her with Unpaid item dispute in order to get them to pay for the item.
