Really? Is bidding just a game to these idiots?

Anyone want to suggest how I deal with this now that as a seller I can't leave negative feedback?
I know one thing, I'll never accept bids from anyone with less than a 20 feedback rating again.

Just bought my shoes then told me they were wrong size and that they bought another pair instead, funny thing i had the size listed 3x and i checked her bidding she didnt buy any other shoes, why bother lying?

won the auction, never paid for the item. unresponsive to messages, invoices. opened and then a week later closed the unpaid item case and found that I could not leave negative feedback but that apparently the case will be on her user history, but looking at her page I can't even see it. SELLER BEWARE.

Ive been leaving false positives alot lately and these dumb buyers haven't known they could remove them....i just wrote won auction but refused to pay waste of time....never came off so it may be worth a try

I already opened/ closed the unpaid item case so ebay won't let me leave any feedback whatsoever!! so ridiculous. And it sucks because this buyer actually has 100% positive feedback but was completley unresponsive to me. I was more than polite and patient and never threatened with negative feedback, etc. The only reason I started the case was because she was unresponsive.

Yes this is eBay's policy now !!! We as sellers CANNOT leave negative feedback for buyers who don't pay. I called customer service and complained and they said they want to make it a good environment for buyers !!! WTF then what the hell is the need for feedback ? All they get is a strike but no one can see the strikes. I am trying to find a way around this basically if you open a case, you lose the ability to leave feedback. So if someone doesn't pay you, you just eat the fees if you want to leave feedback. Also you would have to mark it as paid.

Here is another horrible buyer mr.right2011. First bid on my Chanel shoes but I blocked and canceled the bid because they had 0 feedback. Someone else bought them and that person never paid. Then I re-listed the shoes and she emailed my asking why she can' bid. I explained and she said she is new to eBay and now has feedback. I lifted the restriction. She won this time but then gave me a story about PapPal freezing her account and she can't pay via PayPal. I gave her alternate methods and she hasn't replied. I now have a case pending.

Always go with you gut.

xxxxxxx BIN'ed my entire listing in which the postage was clear (and the best deal on the item in question available). she refused to pay stating "ethical" reasons. Yeh lady.... you can't actually claim moral/ethical high ground when you on flutter around ebay, buying items and then not paying for them...

additionally she has not stopped accusing me of trying to dupe her. upi open at the moment, and believe me, i am coming down on this spiteful witch like a tonne of bricks! She has not even responded to it (yet... fingers crossed). Instead she sent me yet another threatening email!!

If you come across her, do NOT BE BULLIED and fight for your rights!!

If she didn't pay for the item, you can have the negative feedback removed. Contact ebay. Non-payers can't neg sellers.

did BIN then after a few days, said want to cancel transaction for these reasons :
* item bidded by her friend hack her acc ( then after think her reason a little rid , said another reason ),
* believe my item was fake :shocked: :yucky:
then, I found she purchased for the similiar item in very very low price & 100% fake ( 180132127448 )
beside it, also purchased many fake LV wallet :yucky: ( one of her "great" purchase: 330136783875 ) :laugh:
