Waits till the end of the auction before putting in an "offer" below my starting bid. I tell her that the shoes are available on Bonz if she wants to put in an offer. We initially agree to 2 pairs of shoes (one Chanel and one CL) but thankfully she took too long to put in an offer and the Chanel sold. She still wanted the CLs so she put in an offer (after NUMEROUS messages) and I accepted on Bonanza. Three days later, no payment and I didn't know buyers could do this... but they can CANCEL their offer even after you've accepted it! Thanks deadbeat! BLOCK!!!!!!

All of these buyers above bid on my items, no communication afterwards whatsoever. UPI cases were automatically opened and closed by eBay.
Hope this is the end of it... at least for now.
She had 2 bids in my high $$ auction and won. did not pay and after 7 days emailed me for the first time that her account was hacked into and that "there is no way", she is not going to pay!!
Hey, at that point even if she did, I would n't ship her my bag!

Did not pay. UPID opened Monday. She paid that afternoon. Dropped item off at PO at 3 PM. She did chargeback last night. Trying to recall the package today... They attempted delivery yesterday.

... I'm in the same boat you are -- I don't know if it's something in the water but I had six sales this week and 2 paid. TWO!
I take partial responsibility because I JUST read about how to block buyers without paypal accounts and with unpaid strikes on their account but this is ridiculous. Here is my list:
mansiganji (buyer from India; made an offer, I accepted, no contact & no payment)
nathifanicolle (no longer registered but purchased it as "buy it now" then sent an email saying she didn't speak English and bought it "accidentally" - how do you click on "buy it now" then confirm it accidentally?)
.. waiting for the four days to run out on the others and I'll post them here. I know it's useless to rant but why do people do this?!

Did BIN for pair of CL shoes. No questions. Made comment that husband would be home to sign and would be unhappy with purchase when I sent tracking. Then has been harassing me since arrival that the shoes don't fit, measurements off. Despite fact that early message said measurements were accurate but shoes narrow. Block this trouble bidder who is fishing for refund due to buyer's remorse.

I am new here, and I hate for my first post to be in a negative context...but I am really frustrated with buyer: pinkcrocodile
She purchsed a Coach keychain from me in December and paid promptly. I sent out her item soon thereafter. A day or two after I mailed my item, her money was refunded to her Paypal account! I didn't even know this could happen unless there was a dispute and eBay granted her money back. I tried e-mailing her several times over the course of 2 months, with no reply. When I checked out her feedback, all of them praised her for prompt payment. At first I thought it may have been an oversight, and gave her the benefit of the doubt, however; absolutely no response whatsoever to my e-mails. I am now without the bag or the money. Very frustrating!

shoppingbrooklynchick - made an offer, it was denied. Made another offer, also denied. Made a third offer, I accepted & sent an invoice with zero response. Sent an email, same thing for two more days. A few hours ago, (this is day 4), received an email saying 'is their (sic) any way someone else can pay for it?'

She must have forgotten that she told me the day before that all of her friends and family members were safe.
I opened up a NPB case and have heard nothing from her since.
