eBay Non-Paying Bidder List

If a buyer won an item and didn't pay, it's not libel to state that fact. Libel is a statement that is false and if the buyer doesn't pay, it's a statement of fact that the buyer didn't pay.
As for someone not paying (supposedly) because an item is fake and it was unauthenticated here, that buyer (presumably) is a member and is reading here and is welcome to explain why she didn't pay and she can reference the post where the bag is deemed fake.

Made an offer on my bag. I accepted it and before she paid, she stated she found another bag cheaper (not like the one I sold her).

won a necklace. Didn't respond to emails (even offered to cancel the transaction if she had made a mistake). By the time the case was closed the second chance bidder wasn't interested.
Had to re-list & got $50 less than the original second chance bidder.

this is not a non paying bidder but she has made her way to my blocked list: agentlat
she bought my bal which i have described to have faded and has various light spots and shown everything with pictures. she won then tells me she really can't afford it but since she won she will pay but asked for me to cheap out on shipping and give her back the difference. i did. delivery standard indicated 6 to 8 businessdays. on the 7th day she emails me asking me to trace the parcel, because she think's its been stuck in customs for 10 days (i shipped next day after payment)?? WTF..ok, I did and she got her parcel 2 days later.
she then emails me telling me I didn't accurately describe my item and that the color look way better in photos. She asked if she could return it or get a partial refund. Since this is a Bal and it's tricky to accurately show the color in photos, I agreed to accept a return and give her full refund, but made it clear that I absolutely do not do partials. She then whines about having to pay $25 to ship it back to me, and starts complaining about the leather, blah blah blah. (BTW this is an 05 Bal, never redyed, so dry leather? whatever..). Over and over again I offered to accept a return but she kept saying she doesn't want to pay return shipping (and yet she was the one that asked if she could do a return). Finally I said, you know what, post your pics and my auction link on tpf, if the generel concensus is that I have misrepresented my bag, I will give you a full refund plus I will pay for return shipping. Still, she goes on and on about how I need to point out all the flaws blah blah blah BUT REFUSES TO RETURN MY BAG. Umm...I posted 20+ photos showing every inch of the bag, clearly said there is fading. She gets the bag, isn't happy with it, I offered full refund. Still, she isn't happy AND she offers me a lesson on HOW TO SELL ON EBAY. LOL WTH She sells her Bal posting 6 or 7 photos, none of which are close ups. And she tells me how I don't point out all flaws like she does.
DAMN EBAY! DAMN CRAZY BUYER that gets a bargain but wants a freebie instead and gets mad when I asked her if she is trying to coercing me into giving a partial refund.
