This one not only is a non-payer, she is a lier and rude too!

She bid in my 7 day auction on the 2nd day and won.
next day she sends me this rude email:
Hey, I didn't place this bid. my account was hacked in to. I can't pay.
Like it's my fault? she has to call me Hey and no sorry or nothing?!!!
So I bite the bullet and wrote her, " she should report this to ebay, I will send her a cancelation notice and she should agree to it so I can get my $50 FVF back.
That was a week ago. To this day she has not responded to cancelation and I called ebay and they said they are never told that her account is hacked into and she is probably using this excuse not to pay... :tdown:
I wouldn't recommend doing business with her.

Paypal let him change it to a SNAD. he still is fishing for a partial.

This buyer paid for his item but filed an INR complaint without contacting me. DC showed I shipped it right away but that USPS had a meltdown. So my funds were held by Paypal. He got the bag this morning but has not closed the claim yet.

I called Paypal but they said it will close faster if he closes the complaint.

Once he closes the complaint I am going to report him as a bad buyer.

I already got it back after being on the phone for an hour because ebay agreed she is clearly ignoring the request and they read her email to me. I wonder what did I ever do to her to deserve being treated this way. She inconvenieced me and is completely oblivious. I can't believe these people:confused1:

Miyamoto03 but she's on Bonz, not the bay--she bought my item right away and never paid or responded to any emails. And I know she's just avoiding---on bonz it shows that she has logged on/been on bonz that day...what a loser!!! Avoid!!!!

Submitted best offer which I accepted. 2 days after auction I sent him a reminder email to pay within 5 days as stated in my auctions or a unpaid buyer case will be opened. He rudely replied telling me I should just file because he changed his mind and has no intention to pay!

Guess what? that buyer is back on ebay with almost the same name except the last numbers are changed to 3:

unfortunately he bid and won my auction and you are right he does have a San Francisco address for the shipping.
I don't know what to do, he paid with Paypal and paypal shows it's o.k to ship, seller protection eligible.
I have called ebay twice to warn them about him but they don't listen and want me to still ship my high $ item. I am so worried I don't know what to do. :cry:

This is an area I never wanted to have to post in but.......

tangerinetower - no response to email. I specifically said in my auction the time frame to which payment was due. 0 feedback. Damn! Now I'm going to start asking for bid approval before 0 feedback bidder bids are accepted.
