Both bought an item listed as Buy it now. No communication. What's worse is, it's the same item; gonna have to relist it for the 3rd time. Hopefully there's a truth to the saying, third time's the charm!
 
us2014.gied won my Michael Kors handbag, person bid on it right before auction ended and days went by without any ommunicationto me. Once I sent her a message after I sent two of them she finally replied and she said : I'm so sorry, but I just got new Michael Kors purse. I hope that you can open new action for your beautiful handbag. Have a nice day and great business deal!

So I would block this buyer :(

bid on my JPG shoulder Birkin right before auction ended, prior to bidding she even asked if it is shoulder Birkin I or II. Since then no communication and no payment.
This is the second time that someone bid on one of my Birkins (first one was my Vibrato, buyer iesh_uk) and never paid. It's so annoying!
 
not a NPB but PITA a buyer purchased item from me she received today. Immediately she sends me an email that item which was NWOT smelled of strong perfume or detergent. That she would break out into a rash if it was washed with a detergent. I have never had a buyer complain about odor on anything before.

Not a NPB and not a buyer of my purses but ...

He purchased a $15 (free shipping) gadget/part from me. I have a compatibility chart included with my no-return listing. He spent the whole afternoon haggling dollar by dollar then bought it at $15 after all. I shipped it with tracking. He received it and messaged me saying it wasn't compatible with his scooter. That was the first time he mentioned the model/brand of his scooter and it was NOT on the compatibility chart I had on my listing. He insisted a full refund plus a return shipping label which I refused. He filed a dispute with Paypal and escalated it within 15 mins.

I uploaded screenshots of all the correspondence to Paypal and today PP ruled it in favor of me. Now this guy filed another SNAD with eBay and I'm ready to fight.

sjh2538 is a bidder with private feedback that I wish I'd never dealt with. I accepted her best offer, she then claimed the item was covered in dog hair and sent me emails that from the outset where sarcastic, rude and confrontational "sick of sellers having it all their own way..." gives a flavour of it. She didn't want to return it which I thought odd (and it was definitely not covered in dog hair, because I'm paranoid about the condition of things I sell) and posted negative feedback about my attitude. eBay didn't refund her payment, but I still have a negative feedback comment which I'm very unhappy about. Someone spoiling for a fight for some reason and I'd advise against dealing with her. The whole experience left me very upset.

Please for your own sake NEVER deal with this lady! She purchased a Coach bag from me on May 1st and never left feedback or messaged me with a complaint or anything. Then on Augurst 21st I get $60 taken from my paypal saying it's being investigated, she filed a chargeback saying she never got the item. Which was hilarious because she just had sold the same bag that I sold her a week before filing that! Plus the buyer left feedback saying that they never got the purse. Not to mention she has 12+ complaints on her feedback of her doing that EXACT same thing to so many others, as well as a lot of other negative feedback. And I couldn't leave her any feedback because it had been so long after the transaction, so I'm sure there are many more. Luckily I happened to find the receipt with the tracking info to her case and sent them photos of her reselling the bag so I did get my money back. BUT so many other people got screwed by her keeping the item and getting the money taken from them!! So unfair, I don't get how paypal is that dumb to not catch this!
 
I also had this buyer with 0 feedback bid on the highest priced item that I had posted 3 days ago and had a bidding war with another buyer until she won.. And of course didn't pay.

Then sends me this message: "I do apologize. I'm new to ebay and wanted to see how this "bidding " works. Now that I know, I'm no longer interested in purchasing that particular bag. Sorry for bidding without intention to buy."

I'm beyond furious, especially when there was someone else attempting to buy and she did that on purpose. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get her in any sort of trouble for doing this? Especially since she admitted that she did that with no intent to buy? I almost think that it is the ebay user "royalfindsofallkinds" just being resentful since she wasn't able to steal from me. Everyone knows what bidding is... That is the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard and I think she knows that and thought it would be funny. And I looked at her bidding history and she had over ten other items she had already placed bids on, so I know she was lying. Geez, the time these people have on their hands to do such juvenile things just amazes me!

She dinged my seller rating for no reason, and I even offered her the option to return a no returns item if she wasn't happy with it, and she didn't reply. She is my only low rating, and she got a phenomenal deal on my scarf too. If she was so disappointed with her purchase, why wouldn't she respond to my offer for a return?

So, I checked her toolhaus feedback left, and she repeatedly hurts sellers ratings, and her reasons don't appear to be valid in most of their cases either. It seems like she just likes to hurt other people's ratings for fun, or damages items so she can return them. It looks like I got off easy with a dinged rating and a positive feedback that says only "Arrived".

I wouldn't wish this buyer on anyone, so I am posting her ID here. Thank you!

*Hugs* I hope she is the exception to the rule. Scammers ruin it for everyone else.
