I accepted her best offer and first she tells me she will pay in the morning. In her next message she says that PayPal froze her account, but it should be sorted out very soon. That was the last I heard from her. I love the unpaid item assistant because I don't have to chase the seller or request a fee credit.

Woman buys my bag. She needs it soon so I check the overnight prices for her and give her options. She pays and then sends a message that she used the wrong credit card and can I please cancel the transaction. When I finally see her message, she has sent me a few more messages. I try to cancel the transaction via eBay, but I can't because she opened a PayPal dispute. I am on my phone and go over to PayPal and try to cancel the transaction. I couldn't see the reason she used for the dispute. I refund the money and message her that I've resisted the bag with the express shipping options. I never hear from her again. I reported her to eBay and PayPal. I asked PayPal the reason for the dispute and she out in that she found the bag cheaper from another seller. Had I been able to read the reason for the dispute I never would have authorised the refund.
My last little angel is fashi.un2015. Buys but never pays.
