You're in NJ and the buyer is registered as being in NJ. This might be one of those cases where a small claims action might be effective.
Curious.. why are you saying that US Beauty is a fake name? My Paypal account is a business account and transactions come through with my Ebay store name, not my actual name.. nothing 'fake' about it.
Does it work the same way with a non-business account? I thought one had to provide their real name for that.
I seriously considered that and was surely going to pursue it but Ebay sent me 100% reimbursement for my loss. Hence I cannot purse the lawsuit.
Was just about to say that.. there's no way to tell what kind of account it is (personal, premier or business).

She made me an offer which I accepted and asked if she could pay in one week. I have never done that but she had a 100% positive feedback and seemed to be on the up and up. She never paid and never responded to my invoices or e-mails.

IMO, she's a flake, block her! Probably her first LV bag & she doesn't know/care how eBay works & lost interest or got a "better" deal. Report it to get FVF back. Sorry that happened to you!
Yes really sad. I did block her and I am getting FVF back. Has happened to me twice on eBay. I'm almost afraid to put nice bags up anymore because buyers can make a purchase and then not pay. Especially frustrating when you have a lot of watchers or other people who might have bought the bag. Ebay seems much more on the buyers side than the sellers. I think they should kick those people off Ebay to protect all the sellers.
I naively bid on something where seller had 100% fb.
Turned out to be a fake. Fortunately I was refunded my money after much aggravation (and still expense due to shipping back at my cost). I now only buy from reputable sellers & don't sell anything too valuable on eBay
Yes it is scary sometimes buying on eBay especially something expensive. I purchased an item also which turned out to be a fake. Unless you're an expert on some handbags it can be a challenge. The PF authenticators are awesome though and I rely on them before I make a big purchase anymore. Sorry about your ordeal!

Won my Dooney diaper bag, then didn't reply or pay. They've done this before according to one of the feedback comments. This person is a seller too, so they are aware of the hassle and timed wasted.
