Coach sellers beware of brougjohjoh

You may or may not get paid & if you don't you'll get an email stating that his daughter accessed his account, made unauthorized purchases and requests a cancellation (read no NPB ding).

Yet a quick search of WC and his feedback you can clearly see that even up to TODAY the Coach bidding continues... I'm talking 50+ auctions in the last week or so. If you KNEW someone was bidding without authorization wouldn't you change your password or suspend your account?!

When I calmly stated this fact (and that I wouldn't be cancelling the transaction or closing the NPB case) he responded fairly aggressively. I won't be responding further & reported him.

I have a buyer who wants me to either waive the shipping or she won't purchase the bag. She bid and won the auction yesterday. It's only $20 difference, but the principle of the thing just burns me up inside. Should I let it go to unpaid buyer status? I really want to get paid for this bag, I am financially right right now.

That buyer agreed to your shipping price when she placed her bid! Calmly explain that to her. If that $20, along with seller fees, will be too much of a loss, report it as an UPI & call ebay & tell them why. That's so frustrating!

THANK YOU for sharing my frustration! It's not about the money really -- it's just that I feel like I'm getting conned over and over again as a seller. My last transaction was a baby bag with NO mention of anything else included. I received it as a gift and never used it. THAT buyer complained that there was no diaper bag included. I went ahead and gave her a $20 partial refund just to shut her up... and she didn't even leave positive feedback after that!!

Do you think if I report it as a UPI, I pretty much won't get my money for this transaction? I've been trying to sell the bag for forever, so I was really happy that it sold. Maybe I should just give in her to her. SOBBBBBBBBB

If you call ebay & explain your side, they can go through the messages & see what she said. They're usually pretty helpful. They will refund your FVF so you won't be out any money.

Coach ladies beware...

Ever listed anything on ebay as a "buy it now" instead of an auction? It finally happened to us, and the person who "bought our item now" wasn't very understanding when we explained/apologized that we made an error.

Not only did buyer linsu74 leave us a negative along with nasty messages, we also found out that they have a seller account greatdeals4you* which she shills most of her auctions.

To add insult to injury seller greatdeals4you* has a listing where she copied one of our listing's description verbatim!

Just got off the phone with ebay, and boy did we have a long talk.... =)

If you deal with Coach you may want to block buyer linsu74, and not buy from their seller account greatdeals4you* I'm thinking that both accounts will be NRU soon.

Purchased a Coach bag and after I shipped it I heard from them 5 days after it was delivered to there house asking for a refund. The reason was "a fake or counterfeit bag" I gave them multiple examples to prove it is authentic and they will not respond to any messages. They have just continued to escalate a case with ebay against me for a bag that is not fake.

us-bocha claimed she was having problems with paypal..was unable to pay me but yet she bought things in the last several days....I agreed to cancel it but it sounds really fishy. This is the 2nd cancellation in a week!

cinnamontea34 bought a ferragamo, then filed a claim on ebay for a return due to damaged bag. She then returned an empty box. Ebay refunded her the money because the tracking showed item was returned. Very common fraud.

fraudulent buyer.
Uses empty box return scam on designer purses.
Ebay item number 111499894295.
Uses fake name U.S.Beauty and address ships to 31 shephard way Basking ridge NJ

Buyer has private feedback. Hmm.

I have a friend who sold an Hermes birkin, buyer didn't want it so returned it. But sent back a fake birkin in its place. Unfortunately this nonsense goes on all the time.
