Whether it's a case of mistaken identity or not, I don't know.
But I suspect after answering all your questions about odors, perfume, smoke and whatever else you asked, the request to change shipping was the straw that broke the camel's back. Sellers offer a shipping service they feel comfortable with and UPS just isn't one she uses.
(And to tell the truth, I think I'd bail on - and block - a buyer who tried to get me to change my shipping method to a method I choose not to use.)
Usually there's a reason why sellers do what they do and if you don't like sellers to use USPS, find another seller who does us UPS.
Well, I will politely disagree. : -)
I have sold (and purchased) on eBay and I would much rather have people ask questions before they bid/buy, I want them to be happy and know what they are purchasing and feel comfortable. Plus, the listing had NO information on the bag accept style and color. No mention of how she shipped, if from smoke free home, nothing. So I feel no matter what, my questions were warranted. With the shipping question - I told her I would pay the extra if UPS fees were more. She said no, and that was fine. I made no other comment about UPS. Personally I would do it for a buyer - no big deal. I have had other sellers ship UPS for me and they just charge me the extra.
Anyway, I have never had someone come out of left field. I know you think I may have asked too many questions. But, she answered my last one and I did not reply and then she sent me that rude one. Plus, I ask questions because I have had issues where sellers do not disclose true condition.
Thanks for your reply.
