Oh no, what I meant is after the buyer pays do the buyer go by what the listing states or what the seller said in the invoice will ship the day I receive payment.
Day 3 and seller still hasn't shipped.

Whoah, she hasn't shipped and has not been in touch yet?

Either way, she's late on her end of the deal. I think you can file NPS soon (forget how many days.. 7 I think? BeenBurned would know).

I'm so frustrated with eBay! I tried to list a designer item for sale, which was sitting in my Bonanza booth for a while, and it was flagged as a branded item that I couldn't list until 30 days passed from the last designer item I sold. I spoke to eBay customer service (very nice, but overall useless script reading) to see if that restriction could be lifted, citing my 10 yrs of positive history on eBay, as well as my booth of all designer items and 100% positive selling feedback on Bonanza.

She kept reiterating that there's a limit to branded items and I would gradually be able to sell more once I receive positive feedback from the buyer for my last designer item. I asked if the limit on selling designer items is contingent on positive buyer feedback, b/c there were many instances where I've seen counterfeit items sold and the scammer seller received positive fb from the unknowing buyer which just continues the cycle of selling counterfeit items. I've even messaged the buyer personally in those cases. She thanked me for reporting counterfeits but basically said there's nothing they can do. Great.

Sorry you are going through this silly drama with ebay. I had the same issue and had to wait out the 30 days. It is frustrating when you see the number of fakes listed and sold by repeat offenders and they don't seem to have these limitations. Stick it out on bonanza until you can list on ebay is you so choose.

Warning to my fellow members.
I was just advised by a member that again another seller in australia stole all my photos and is selling my bag. This listing is a fraud and the seller does not have the bag in the pictures in her posession and is not affiliated with me in anyway. it is coppied from my listing.
Fraud listing:

Hello everyone,
I am watching an item on ebay and there was one bid now there are two. It is the second bidder that raises concern. They have a fb of 73 and the 30 day bidding history shows they have 100% bidding activity with this seller. Is this a sign of shilling? I want the dress but prefer not to give my money to sellers who shill. What do ya'll think? TIA

Just to update the post, soleilbrun pm'ed me the listing and there was no indication of shill bidding on the part of the seller. :smile1:
