Great looking bag! The long zipper pull is especially appealing!I just recieved my Florentine Randy in black black today that I bought during the Florentine Sale about a week ago. I absolutely love it and am so happy I waited and got it at a fabulous price. Right now it's going for $276 and with the 30% sale it's at $193.20 but the Florentine sale offered it at $139 plus they had sent me a $20 off $100 coupon and it priced out perfectly so I still qualified for free shipping. I think that was the lowest I've ever gotten where shipping was still free, I always end up buying something else just because I don't want to spend $15 for shipping. Funny how that works. I first noticed this bag around Christmas time and love the thicker braided strap. I read the reviews and I think at the time there were only a few and one of them said they had to return it because it wasn't as big as advertised and I couldn't find anything on YouTube showing an unboxing of one. So I decided against purchasing one until I knew a little more about it. Then the 48 hour sale happened and I decided that at that price even a small bag would be worth it. I think it's a really nice size measuring 12" high, 11" in length, and 4" wide. Online it does state that it's 14" long and it is not that long, but for my size frame this is a great size bag, with a beautiful scent, and it has a smile

It’s roomy to be a small handbag.mits just what I wanted to tuck under my arm out of the way.Thank s to the sale I snagged 2 . When I find something I like I need 2 . I know I need a backup…. Smh. I don’t need 2 but I like having a backup Justin case. I reallly went Florentine crazy in 2023. I like what I like and I like me some Florentine leather

I'm all in on backup, and multiple colors too! If I like it, I want more of it.
I can't figure out why I'm not satisfied with 1 item that I love. The more I like it
the more I seem to want multiples..... handbags, jewelry, clothing. I'm never going to
wear any of it out. Is it the joy of finding the treasure or the sale? Or is it the lessons
of my youth to save the good stuff for 'good' (special occasions), so I need a
second to actually use all the time. 🙄
I love the Florentine Pouchette! It's perfect for running errands, when I really only need to take my phone, wallet, and keys. I like the basic colors but I can't wait for some different options (teal or denim, maybe Fuschia?). I changed out the strap on my Chestnut Pouchette and I'm using a wider short strap that doesn't slip off my shoulder as much as the original.

I see one but I’m gonna curb my enthusiasm for right noe but I will hsve it in my collection. I LOVE THE MINI FLORENTINRVSACHEL.PERIODT. IM IN the chestnut. I m home bound and I would be in my Ivy but I have more accessories in chestnut.i touc like a mini in black also that mskes 4 minis I want in my collection.

Oh wow sorry it slips off you shoulder. I Only have crossbodystrap that I can add to it.i have nothad it slip because it’s tight under my arm and arm is holding tight to my body as I’m moving my cane.
I do want it in Bordeaux also,it’s such a classy little bsg I really love that it’s simple but it has little details that draw interest. It's great that you are enjoy some of your Dooney treasures. Now is the time to
concentrate on using what you own so that you can get the 'cost per wear' down
low. Then you can easily justify (to yourself) the need to buy more colors or more
accessories or more styles.
As for Dooney canvas, I would only buy dark colors. I think bright colors look tacky
(sorry, I love bright color leather, but in fabric or nylon, it just doesn't appeal to me).
Light color fabric handbags get grungy looking very quickly. And spot cleaning
doesn't really revive them. I can see a place for 1 Dooney nylon or canvas handbag
in a wardrobe, in a style and color that will be useful because it is so light weight.
Do not be like me a feel the need to collect Dooney nylon handbags in multiple
colors. They are great bags, extremely high quality, and they look really nice....
but I can only carry one bag at a time and it's unlikely I will live another 50 years
so that I can get enough wear out of all the nylon and leather Dooneys I own.
Lifestyles change over time.... or needs change, we retire or our jobs change,
and all of a sudden the need to perfectly coordinate the handbag with the outfit each and every day evaporates. Suddenly, I find myself using fewer of my bags. I still try
to change at least once or twice a week.... but it's hard to be motivated to
do it when there are some weeks that I don't take the bags out of my home
more than once or twice. I never would have predicted that the combination of
age, retirement, and months of staying home during Covid would have
changed my handbag usage needs so much. Oh, and let's not forget
arthritis. I have some larger leather handbags I can't lift empty. 🙄

I love it! I just need a satchel with an outside pocket. But every time I see the white edge in red I ask myself, "Do I really need an outside pocket?"
