I just checked my emails, and PM sided with me! I’m so grateful because I did everything right. I always thank my buyers for their purchases, and in this case, I packed the order the same night since I had to leave for a business trip the next morning. I even rushed to the post office, waited in line to get a receipt, and ensured the blazer was shipped immediately. She received it in just two days—despite being pushy about needing it right away.

After it shipped, she messaged me at least 20 more times asking what other blazers I had in sizes 2 and 4. She received both orders on Wednesday, loved one of them (even though they were both the same size), and then asked if I had that particular blazer in a size 4. I didn’t because I’m not a store.

The next morning, she messaged me 10 more times asking if she could swap the blazer for another one in size 4. I politely explained that I don’t do swaps but that she was welcome to purchase the other blazer. She then messaged again, saying, “please.” I reiterated my policy, and not even a second later, she opened a return case!

The worst part? She lied. She falsely claimed that I had agreed to a swap—something PM CS could clearly see in our messages never happened. Then, she tried to claim the blazer had an "irregular cut," which wasn’t true. Thankfully, I had documented everything, including pictures of the blazer with her shipping label as I packed it up. When she sent her own photos, it was obvious that the blazer was exactly as listed, with the tags still attached and no damage.

I’m relieved that PM saw the truth and ruled in my favor. And the best part? I’ve blocked her, so I won’t have to deal with her unhinged behavior again!

I just logged back into Poshmark and I see she listed my beautiful blazer as for triple the price she bought it from me. After she had the audacity to say it was an irregular one due to it being a little bit tight her on. She used my pictures but took out my PM name(thankfully).

Thank you for everyone on this forum for your great advice and support!

I'm glad Posh did the right thing. I suspected and hoped they would.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm still selling on PM. There are a lot of wonderful buyers and I have a lot of repeat buyers. I just sold some brand new shoes, brand new in box, with tags to a buyer on PM. I listed them for $600 and she offered $399 which I accepted, because shoes take so much longer to sell and I have had them listed for awhile. I always take a lot of pics and video. They were delivered on Friday. I just got an email from PM saying the buyer can't locate the package! It shows they were delivred to the front desk of her apartment where they have a front office clerk. I don't know what to believe. I always message all of my buyers and thank them for their purchase, ship the next day. I also message them once I drop off the package at the post office. Never had one peep from this buyer. Has anyone had this happen before.

I wouldn't worry. As long as tracking shows they were delivered, you'll get your money, even if the package has been lost.

Not sure if anyone here is aware, Poshmark has just recently changed their policies again. The most controversial one is the delete + relisting/cross-posting policy.

Deleting a listing, cross-posting, and relist a listing to refresh it will risk a seller suspension if done excessively. Everyone on social media and other forums are furious!!

Example of a suspension email:

And a link to the source:

I still have some stuff up at Posh, but I will stop selling on there once some of my stuff are sold off. Posh sucks now. I hope they lose business!

So over their bulls__!

I'm a small seller and have never done that so doesn't bother me

another seller who doesn't answer questions. this is a pro seller who sells lots of shoes. they have a listing for boots I'm interested in. I have these boots and I pay particular attention to the bottoms as they are distinctive and a good indication of wear. I want shoes that have little or no wear on them.
the bottoms in the seller's photo don't look right. I asked if they were using their own pics and questioned the look of the bottoms. no answer. I suspect they may have used stock photos or photos from another source. they have love notes and lots of sales but I don't want to buy something that's not right.

I’m not that seller but let me make a guess based on my own selling experiences. I found the most scary buyers are the new buyers ( I mostly sell luxury items, so new buyers here I meant buyer has no or little experience of buying luxury designer items) and very picky buyers.

Not saying you are a picky buyer but maybe that seller consider you are a picky buyer or maybe there are something wrong with the item you were looking at, so she/ he doesn’t want to answer you, or possibly seller was away didn’t get chance to answer you.

who knows? maybe they didn't see my question. I've been guilty of taking a couple of days before noticing someone asked me a question on Posh.
Here is my guess - firstly they have a huge number of listings (over 1700) so it's not their own personal stuff and it may not be easily accessible to take a look at.
Second - they used someone else's photos (at least in the case of the one pic I'm questioning) and don't want to own up to it.
Or a combination of the two - photo isn't of the boot and they can't be bothered to go get the boot and take a photo of the bottom.
This isn't a luxury item but I don't like to waste my money on something that's going to be a mistake. I'm not of the school that I'll just re-sell it. If that makes me a picky buyer, so be it.
thanks for the insight

1700 isn’t a lot of listings on low cost items, if they make $50 net profit on each item, a professional seller (assuming they are) they have to make at least 200 sales a month just to keep a small business profitable or make even. JFY A CPA charges normally $1.000 for doing tax for small business, there would gone one month of their profit.
