PM sucks! This buyer must have now made up another lie. PM CS should read all of her messages under the order. She messaged me when she got the blazer and said she loved it, but it was too small. She asked if I had the exact same on in size 4. I told her I was sorry the blazer was too small and I only had size 2. She then asked if I had any other blazers in size 4. I told her I had a white one in size 4 that was listed in my closet. This morning she had emailed me if she could swap the size 2 for the other one in size 4. I told her I was sorry I don't do swaps, but she can purchase the size 4. The second I said that she opens a case. She opened the case stating ""Item does not work as expected". Then next message says" "Sizing IssueRuns significantly smaller than the other two 2 Talls purchased" Then had the audacity to lie that I said she could do a swap for the white one!!! What liar! I just checked the case and PM CS said they requested more photos from the buyer. She will most likely damage the blazer or do something to get her $$ back.

Should I just say return the blazer? I'm so mad because this has ruined my whole day!! I was supposed to meet my friend for lunch, but couldnt becasue I was delayed with all of these messages and from this buyer. I'm also in a bad mood. I know it's my fault. I should have just let it go, but I don't like it when people lie and take advantage of me. Should I just tell PM to have it sent back or just wait? I'm sure they will side with her, since they are asking her for pics.

There is no damage to your reputation if you just let Poshmark make the determination.

I posted this on the case, since this buyer is now lying again and stating the blazer is irregular. It is not . It's brand new with tags. "PM CS I wanted to clarify that the blazer I sold was brand new with tags, exactly as described, and not listed as irregular. It was purchased from BR and I ensured the item was in perfect condition.Sizing can vary between brands and even between different styles within the same brand. The buyer did not request measurements before purchasing, so I was unable to provide additional details on fit. Since the item was accurately described and brand new, I kindly ask that this be taken into consideration." I also posted the pictures of the beautiful blazer. I include up front, inside, back and with the manufacturer tags on it. This buyer will do anything to return the item. She can resell it but she won't.

Thank you!! I'm so sorry you had a buyer damage your item! I sure hope PM sides with me. The worst part is she lied and said I would do a swap!!! I don't lie. I just sent PM and email and stated all the facts. She's harrassing me now, sending 10 messages under the case in less than an hour, lying and saying I stated she could swap the blazer for another one. I took a screenshot under the messages and it clearly shows I said I would sell the other blazer to her. I never said I would do a swap!!! I state that in my closet too. I will never sell to a buyer that is so pushy again. I'm still glad I did not do a bundle, because I have heard people can lie and say they only received 1 item!! Yes, I feel like not selling on PM right now, but I have had too many wonderful buyers and repeat buyers.
,as a seller I feel for you

Thank you! She just posted pictures that show the length of the sleeves and total length is a few inches shorter than the other one she bought. I can't respond now because I had already responded early with pictures of the blazer. She never asked for any measurements before she purchased the blazers and they are different styles! I just don't like it when people lie. She can easily resell it, but she doesn't want to.

Wow what a PITA! Sorry you're dealing with this.

It's like she thinks you're a department store asking for all of the different sizes. Good luck!
Thank you! Yes, that is what I stated in the messages under the case.
"I clearly stated in the case messages that I do not accept swaps. This blazer is the exact same size as the other one the buyer purchased from me—both are size 2. I have no control over whether it fits her, especially since she never requested measurements for either blazer. She loved this blazer and asked if I had it in a size 4. I told her that I was sorry it was too tight but did not have it in that size. I also made it clear that I am not a store and do not swap items.

This buyer has been incredibly difficult, and PM has yet to make a decision. I wish they would hurry, so I no longer have to see her messages. I’m already preparing for the possibility that they will accept her return, despite the fact that she falsely claimed I agreed to a swap. My messages clearly show I never said that—I only mentioned that she could purchase the size 4 blazer separately.

I also don’t trust this buyer to return the blazer properly. I worry she could send back something else entirely. If the return is approved, I expect to receive the blazer in its original condition—brand new, with tags, and undamaged. It’s frustrating that PM seems to allow returns for fit issues, even when the item is exactly as described. This is unfair to sellers." I will post on her once I hear back from PM CS.

I stopped selling clothes, too much of a headache! I feel like if someone buys something and it doesn't fit, THEY should sell it themselves rather than trying for a return. It's a risk they take buying clothes without trying them on and the seller should not be penalized in any way.

I agree, it's such a headache! I have so many brand new designer items that I need to sell, but 90% of my buyers are fantastic. Many of them are repeat customers who happily purchase at the listed price without any haggling. A lot of my items are one of a kind and nearly impossible to find elsewhere. They are brand new with tags. BTW I looked at this unethical buyers closet and all of her stuff is used and selling for $15. If I was selling used items for $15. I would not have an issue with bundles or swapping.

There's no way I would ever send my items to ThredUp or The Real Real again. I gave The Real Real a chance with two brand new pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes—gorgeous silver Pigalle and So Kates, both in their original boxes. However, they priced them at 50% off without even asking for my approval. I demanded they send them back, and when they did, the shoes were thrown in a box and arrived with scratches! I will never sell any designer items or anything else to them again. I'm tired of Fashionphile for my LV and Givenchy handbags. I don't know of any other place to sell my brand new handbags wither.

I’ve heard good things about Facebook Marketplace, but I’m a bit nervous about it. Have you tried FM?
