Does anyone use Poshmark?

They should have responded to your item not received message with an email saying something along the lines of “please check around at your neighbors houses and let us know if you locate it”. Reply to that email and say that it was located but the item is damaged and does not match the description.
That is exactly what I did.
And then I got that automatic response "we will get back to you within 24 hours". And nothing since. And 24 hours have passed...

So glad I trusted my instincts! I had a feeling this buyer would cause trouble. I clearly state that I don’t accept bundles because I’ve heard too many stories of buyers claiming they didn’t receive an item or opening a return but not sending everything back.

On Sunday, submitted an offer for a bundle. I declined and told her I do not accept bundles and it's stated in my closet. She then bombarded me with 20 messages in less than an hour about my blazers. She then asked me to list all the ones I had in a specific brand and size. Even though I was trying to pack for my business trip on Monday, I took the time to list more items for her. She responded by lowballing me at 50% off for four blazers. I declined, and she came back with a better offer. I accepted three of them and rushed to the post office early Monday before my flight to get them shipped.

She received the blazers yesterday, accepted two of them, and even left a five-star review. I was wondering about the third one when she messaged me, saying it was beautiful but too small. She asked if I had it in a size 4, and I told her I only had a size 2. She never officially accepted the blazer.

When I woke up this morning, I had 10 more messages from her! She asked if she could swap the size 2 blazer for another one in grey. I politely told her that I don’t accept swaps. She messaged again, begging, "Please." I stood firm and said no. Then—just as I expected—she opened a case!

She claimed the blazer was too small, even though the other two (which were the same brand, style, and labeled as size small) fit her just fine. I have no control over sizing, and all items were brand new with tags. Now, she’s falsely claiming I told her she could swap, even though my policy clearly states I don’t accept exchanges.

Since opening the case, she has sent five more messages. This is beyond frustrating! I responded professionally, stating that I’m sorry it didn’t fit, but I have no control over sizing. I even suggested she use my photos and resell it. Hopefully, customer service reads through the messages and sees what’s going on. If they allow a return, I wouldn’t be surprised if she damages it.

So relieved I didn’t agree to a bundle with her or let her purchase my high-end items! THIS IS WHY I DON"T DO BUNDLES!!! ESPECIALLY IF I DON"T TRUST SOMEONE

Has anyone had this happen? I will be so mad if PM lets her return the blazer. She will most likely damage it now. She is crazy. I just blocked her. She gave me a 5 star for the other two beautiful blazers, but no love notes. I noticed she only gives love notes to her other purchases that were like $15 and so cheap. I wonder if she will now leave negative love notes if PM declines or return? Can she do that? How long do you have to leave a love note after you give 5 stars?

I hope PM sides with you. Fit should not be a valid reason for return.
I had a case with a pair of boots that the buyer couldn't put on. I was really worried PM would side with her but at the last minute her sister loved them so she cancelled the case.

I have no idea how long they have to give love notes or if they can leave negative love notes. I've never seen a negative love note. I don't know if they can leave love notes if they open a case. When someone has something negative to say, they usually do it in the sale conversation that no one else can see. It seems to me that I always get the love notes at the same time as the rating. Often the acceptance will come in several days before the rating.

When I sell bundles, I only get one rating for the entire sale. People aren't allowed to return a portion of the bundle so if they love 2 out of 3, they might decide to keep them all. I think I might have told her I would only sell her one at a time.

I did have a buyer damage an item when she returned it but I don't think PM believed me. They gave me a small credit to my account. I almost quit selling completely because of that.

Thank you!! I'm so sorry you had a buyer damage your item! I sure hope PM sides with me. The worst part is she lied and said I would do a swap!!! I don't lie. I just sent PM and email and stated all the facts. She's harrassing me now, sending 10 messages under the case in less than an hour, lying and saying I stated she could swap the blazer for another one. I took a screenshot under the messages and it clearly shows I said I would sell the other blazer to her. I never said I would do a swap!!! I state that in my closet too. I will never sell to a buyer that is so pushy again. I'm still glad I did not do a bundle, because I have heard people can lie and say they only received 1 item!! Yes, I feel like not selling on PM right now, but I have had too many wonderful buyers and repeat buyers.

I don't think PM allows swaps so I don't think you have anything to worry about there. How could it possibly work since PM pays for the postage?

No I do not trust her!!! All she has to do is resell the one blazer that fits tigher on her. I did my job as a seller. Packed it up, shipped the next morning and it's as described. She wanted this same blazer in size 4 and not too, even though the size 2 fits her perfectly on the other two same brand and style blazers.

I have no control is the same brand, style fits tighter in one color than the other!
