Does anyone use Poshmark?

It's been 6 days since my order was completed and I submitted the request to have my funds released to my checking account. I looked under the order and it says the funds are still processing. Has anyone else had this happen? It should not take 6 days for PM to send my funds to my bank!

Help, buyer asked me to cancel this order but I just dropped it off at the post office. She is lying and said she hit the purchase button, by mistake which is not true at all. She had sent me 4 offers and I rejected them because they were way too low. I then updated the listing and noted I would not sell for less than the listing price as listed, since it's brand new expensive jacket with tags. Should I go back to the post office to see if I can get the jacket back. She had sent me 4 offers and then all of a sudden purchased the jacket when I noted in the listing I would only accept the listed price. This is upsetting to me.I got home last night from my business trip, took the time to pack up the jacket. I then just raced to the post office this morning. As soon as I get home I get her message. I messaged her back that I had just dropped her dress off at the post office but I can go back and see if I can get it back. This is so upsetting. I'm sure she will either damage this brand new beautiful jacket or do something to be able to return it. I hate buyers that lie!!!!She purchase this jacket on Wed. I messaged her I will be home from my business trip on Wed night and will ship as soon as I get home. I'm mad too because I raced to the post office and waited in line and now this. BTW in her message to me she says she really can't afford the jacket!!! Then why did you send 4 low ball offers and when I rejected them buy the jacket at the price listed.

IDK if the PO will be willing to go look for your package but may be worth a try....maybe if they're not too busy. GL

Thank you. Yes, I hope they will give it back to me, but I agree they might not have the time to try to find it and give it back to me. It's the main post office in my city and it's a really big and busy post office. I'm afraid the buyer will damage the item so she can return it now. I just had another buyer purchase a dress last week and then asked me to cancel 30 minutes later, because she hadn't read the whole listing description!!! I'm getting tired of these buyers just purchasing and then decide they bought my mistake. Luckily I was able to cancel that order, but I blocked that buyer. I cannot deal with this. It ends up hurting us as sellers. Poshmark gets mad if you cancel too many orders!

BTW, She did not hit the purchase button by mistake!!! She submitted 4 low ball offers that I declined. Then she out right buys the jacket at the listed price. She had over a day too to ask to cancel. It's not like she just purchased the jacket and ask to cancel the same day. I did message PM CS and forwarded her message. I also told them to please see that buyer sent 4 offers and then outright purchased the jacket 2 days ago, Now she is asking to cancel, since she really can't afford the jacket!!! I sent this to PM so they know whats going on and in case she opens a return!

I went back to the post office after my business meeting and they saId they cannot go looking for the package, since it was dropped off over 5 hours ago. I messaged the buyer and told her I was so sorry. I also copied and pasted PM policy. She has now sent me 8 messages in less than 4 hours today!!! I just got out of my meeting for work. I'm trying to take care of work. She asked if she can send it back to me or would I be willing to buy it back from her if she lists it. No, I don't want the brand new jacket back. I'm trying to make sales on PM and I took the time to pack up the jacket, wait in line at the post office. I had messaged her back and let her know PM policy. She can reach out to PM once she receives the item. The audacity of some people!

Now I'm getting upset!!! I have done everything that I'm supposed to do. I even responded to her 8 messages in less than 4 hours, raced back to the post office and now she wants to know if I will approve her to send jacket back to me or buy the jacket from her off of PM. I will not respond to anymore messages from her.

If she paid the listed price, she has 3 hours after purchase to cancel. If she purchased at a discount through an offer, sales are final. You waited more than 3 hours to ship so you did everything right.

Thank you! It's been two days since she purchased the jacket. I just got a really rude email from her. Now I see her true colors! I should have just blocked her when she kept sending me low ball offers and declined them. She sent 4 offers and then when I declined all of them she purchase the jacket in two seconds at the listed price. She has now messaged me 10 times just today. She is mad now because I said "
I want to kindly let you know that you've sent 8 messages in under 4 hours today, and I’m currently at work, so I’m not able to respond frequently throughout the day. I did drive back to my post office and they said once they accept a package they cannot go look for it and give it back.

To clarify, I’m not accepting returns or buying the item back. Poshmark’s policy is that all sales are final unless the item is not as described. You’re more than welcome to relist it on your own Poshmark closet — many sellers have success with that.

Thank you for understanding, and I hope the item works out well for you." After I sent this buyer sent 4 more messages and said "
I want to block her now, but I think I will just wait until she gets the jacket. Now that I see her true colors she will either damage this beautiful jacket or do something to be able to return it. I'm so glad I had messaged PM CS and they are already aware of this lady. I bet she will send more messages to me today. I will just ignore her.

Has she said anything threatening or used bad language in any of her messages? I'm not sure about Poshmark but on ebay, someone can get kicked off for that. If she did, I would report it to PM.

I don't know if you do this already or if it is an option in the app, but on the desktop, there is a place on the sale to mark the item as shipped. I usually do that as soon as I've shipped. I think it might give another layer of protection instead of waiting for when the post office scans it.

No, thankfully she had not said anything threatening or used bad language. After I sent that last message about reaching out to PM CS she was rude. She never even thanked me for going out of my way to drive all the way back to my Post office. I'm trying to work too. I always message buyers as soon as I drop off and scan their items at the post office. Then I make sure to mark it as shipped. She did receive the email from PM that it shipped. I did too.

She’s not worth you spend more time, if she opens the case, just tell Poshmark the fact and do not take the return.

you're a very nice seller, running to the PO immediately and messaging the buyer that you have shipped. I too go the the PO the same day or next day but I don't message the buyer.
I don't blame you for being upset. Hope she keeps the item and that's the end of it.

I agree. I'm just going to ignore her and enjoy the Memorial Day weekend. I did email PM CS to let them know what is going on and how she has been acting. I will take screenshots of her 20 messages if she opens a case. She seems unhinged. I will be blocking her once this is over.

Thank you. I always try to keep my customers happy, because that’s how I like to be treated when I’m the buyer. I do understand that sometimes people change their minds after placing an order—even though I don’t think it’s entirely fair to the seller. That said, I’m willing to cancel an order if the request comes in on the same day.

What’s difficult is when buyers wait a couple of days or until the item has already shipped. In this case, I doubt she’ll end up keeping the jacket based on how she’s been acting. Fortunately, I took a video of the jacket while packing it and also documented it thoroughly with photos.

When she first asked me to cancel the order, I messaged PM Customer Support and let them know I was concerned she might damage the item or find a reason to return it unfairly. At this point, I’m not going to stress about it any further. Hopefully, everything will work out in the end.

I never go to the post office. I just put the package out for my mailman to pick up when he comes by. It makes it super easy. I don't message the buyer at all unless they have messaged me first.
