I still don't have them. I noticed that in the convo, it says "[buyer's name] has resolved this conversation" one day ago. I wonder if she isn't able to accept the order anymore. I'm afraid to click on "need help" but I don't know if I'll ever get my money if I don't.

Oh no! I clicked on "need help" two days ago for my $700 blazer where this buyer never once repsonded to my messages under the order, never picked up the package. I could see the buyer saw that I had messaged PM CS and the other 2 messages I left her. Never once replied. Very rude. She could easily say I will go to the post office next year, tomorrow, I'm out of town. Very rude!!PM CS Never responded!!! They only seem to care about buyers. I just sold 3 more items and now I'm afraid to ship them. Another $700 blazer with tags, designer jeans with tags and another designer jacket with tags. I messaged PM CS a private message through my email two days ago and no response!!!!

Guess I'm not the only one that has issues with this terrible post office. Still never tried to redeliver the package or update the date!!!
I used to sell on Poshmark and have stopped after a bad experience. I sold a brand-new Coach bag and the buyer decided to open a dispute and say that there was animal hair in the bag (I don't own any animals and never used the bag). Photos she sent showed nothing. I think it was buyer's remorse. Well, Poshmark ruled in the buyer's favor and the bag was returned to me. No hair, no fuzz, nothing was inside of the bag. I wound up gifting it to a friend. I don't like Poshmark and agree they often always rule in the buyer's favor. Terrible company.
My money was released about an hour ago. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't looked. I didn't get any notification.
Your lucky!!! I have a $700 blazer that the buyer still has not picked up or responded to my messages under the order. She read my message again yesterday. PM CS is not responding to any of my messages!!!! I have emailed them for the past 4 days not one response. Its been 8 days and this terrible buyer is not picking up my blazer or responding to my messages. She's blocked. USPS says she has until 14 days to pick it up or they will ship back. I'm not waiting 14 days. I hate PM CS now. I had asked them to join under the order 3 days ago. I stated that USPS left a notice and said the buyer needs to go pick up the package. Nada. Terrible. If I was a buyer we know damn well they would respond in 1 second!!!! This terrible buyer is so rude. She can take one second and say I will pick up the blazer next year, tomorrow or I'm out of town. Should have never accepted her damn offer. She has been on PM for 7 months but no feedback. I'm mad now. I did block this buyer too. I just want my blazer shipped back to me now. I have other buyers that wanted to buy it. Any advice?
They get an email or alert when you leave any message under the order. You can see when they are back on PM. It shows the time and date. I have left 4 messages. Obviously she has no intention of ever picking up the blazer. I bet she is another buyer that I might have blocked in the past and opened a new account. I don't know. Just want this blazer shipped back to me. I still can't believe that PM CS has not responded to me. I emailed them 5 days ago. And then 3 days ago. And then yesterday. Nothing!!!!!! Just read their most recent BBB. Their score has gone way down to 1.0. Not good. Ever since they were bought out.
you can see they are on Posh but you can't see if they actually read you message, right?
The email they get about the message doesn't show the message. They have to click on the convo in the order to see it.
right....but the person sending the message can't tell if it's been read if they don't get a reply, right?
I have a seller who hasn't shipped. It's been four days. I sent a message saying I look forward to receiving the purchase. Usually sellers will respond with something like I plan to ship today. this one hasn't responded and she was active this morning. Maybe she's just very busy.
