It was nice not selling on PM for a month. Now that I'm back issues are happening again. The postal delivery guy could not deliver the package since it was signature confirmation and she was not home. By mistake, he noted it as "no access" instead of "delivery exception. The buyer needs to reschedule or pick up package at the post office. I spent an hour calling their post office two days ago and spoke to the manager. The delivery guy was there at the post office and said he would go back and try to deliver 2 days ago. I don't think this buyer was home again and he never updated the tracking. I also messaged her two times under this PM order. The first time was saying it looks like USPS tried to deliver, but there was no access. After I spoke to the post office mgr. I messaged her the next day letting her know they will try to redeliver that day, if she's not home she will need to go to the post office to pick up the package. I'm afraid this will never be updated and I will either not get my blazer back or my funds. It's so frustrating as a seller when this happens. I wish this buyer could take one minute and reply to my message under this order.

UPDATE TODAY
PM CS is terrible!!!! PM CS got back to me and said I have to wait for 2 more weeks before they step in. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 3/14 for PM to either request my blazer is shipped back to me or release my funds. I also see the buyer was just on PM an hour ago and saw my messages. I accepted her offer, thanked her for her offer, told her I would ship the next day which I did. I either want my blazer shipped back to me next week or release my funds. The stupid Post office never updated the tracking, so I can't do anything. The postal delivery guy should have updated the tracking stating he tried to stop by again with the most recent date. BTW the postal manager said they weren't even going to try to redeliver. They can just keep the package at the post office. That's it I'm reaching out to the Postal Service so they can take care of this. I'm not waiting a month to get by blazer or funds. I asked her if she can please pick up the package at the post office. She can't take one second and reply. I'm sure she will now open a dispute to return. I don't care. I want my beautiful blazer back and I will never sell to her again. I'm mad. I'm more mad at this buyer now. I can see she saw my messages less than an hour ago and can't even reply to me????? I not only accepted her offer at $400 when this brand new blazer with tags is $750!!!I wish I never accepted it. I raced to the post office the next day. I want my blazer back this week. I don't think I will ever sell to PM buyers that have been on PM for awhile and don't leave feedback for expensive items. and this is an example. Any advice?

Geez, now I have another PM buyer that has been on PM for over 2 years, no feedback. She keeps sending me an offer on another brand new designer(with tags) dress that sells for $698. I listed at $389. She first offers $200. I countered to $369. Then she offers $225, I countered at $369 again. Then she countered again at $259. I ignored her offer. It expired this morning and then she just submitted a new offer at $299. I'm getting tired of this. She has no feedback. I don't know if I want to deal with another issue for an expensive item. I'm already dealing with the buyer that won't pick up the $750 blazer at her post office and not take one second to respond to my message.

I'm having another issue as well. I sold a new pair of boots and I think the buyer might be successful in forcing a return. They are slip on boots and she says she can't get them on her foot at all. I hope PM realizes this is a fit issue, not something else. They aren't allowing returns for fit, are they? It occurred to me last night that maybe she didn't remove the cardboard in the toes of the boots but I don't want to accuse her of stupidity.

Oh no. I'm sorry you are having issues with buyers too. I hope PM doesn't approve her return. They shouldn't allow a return for fit. That's not your fault that they don't fit. She should know her size before she bought them.

The problem is she says she already owns another pair (different style) in the same brand so she was sure they would fit. These have a tighter calf than some. I wonder if she needs a wider calf. It's not my fault; I didn't design or manufacture the boots and there isn't a manufacturing defect anyway.

It's her fault. Tell her she can use your pictures and resell them on PM.

two lowball offers are a red flag, I'd block. if they accept your counter even if it's below your comfort zone and you lose money, they would open a case for fake reason. that's bec they never intended to pay that amount and want the item for free/almost for free.
I'd block her after 2nd lowball.

Fight back with pictures and screenshots of your listing ASAP. AI is apparently reviewing cases and if it's only buyer's case with pics (any pics really, blurred, irrelevant, whatever) the case has high chances of approval.

Yes, I also feel it's a red flag. That's why I haven't accepted her offers. I feel she will be mad now that I never accepted her low ball offer. I will block her now. I just don't have time to deal with problem buyers.

My buyer still hasn't opened a case. What she did was escalate a convo to PM support and they advised her to open a case. My money should have been released today but it hasn't. I wonder if escalating the convo buys her more time?

I hope it doesn't. The lady that purchased my $700 blazer still has not even responded to any of my messages under the order. So rude. I will never sell to her again. She can easily state she will pick up the blazer next week, but nothing!!! If she doesn't pick it up by Wed I'm reaching out to PM CS again.

No, it shouldn't be unless the case is opened. Add 3 hrs to delivery time and money should be released.

I missed the story, but Poshmark should release your funds after 7 days since 1st attempted delivery. Reach out to Support on 8th day and ask to release your funds. PM will deal with her and USPS.

It turns out that is not the case. This morning PM support added this message to the listing: I don't see that a return claim has been submitted. Please submit a claim with the steps below within the next 24 hours, or the funds will be released to the seller, and your order will no longer qualify for a return or refund.
It has already been 4 days so they were going to give her a day beyond that. The buyer ignored that message but sent me a message that her sister can wear them and is going to buy them from her. So I asked her to accept the order. If she proceeds with a case now, there is proof in the messaging that the problem is with her, not the boots.
