Does anyone use Poshmark?

It was nice not selling on PM for a month. Now that I'm back issues are happening again. The postal delivery guy could not deliver the package since it was signature confirmation and she was not home. By mistake, he noted it as "no access" instead of "delivery exception. The buyer needs to reschedule or pick up package at the post office. I spent an hour calling their post office two days ago and spoke to the manager. The delivery guy was there at the post office and said he would go back and try to deliver 2 days ago. I don't think this buyer was home again and he never updated the tracking. I also messaged her two times under this PM order. The first time was saying it looks like USPS tried to deliver, but there was no access. After I spoke to the post office mgr. I messaged her the next day letting her know they will try to redeliver that day, if she's not home she will need to go to the post office to pick up the package. I'm afraid this will never be updated and I will either not get my blazer back or my funds. It's so frustrating as a seller when this happens. I wish this buyer could take one minute and reply to my message under this order.
Is signature confirmation a new requirement they added? I noticed my last two sales had a signature confirmation requirement per the tracking details, and I have never seen that before. If so, I kind of hate it since many people are not at home during mail delivery time.

maybe that is for high dollar items?

I’m not a huge fan of selling on Poshmark.

A few years ago I tried selling a Dior bag on there and I hated how you can’t message people directly, only communicate in comments and practically speak in code because certain words aren’t allowed.

Also hated how some of the people on there want to low ball and “trade” for anything in their closet and their closet is filled with things that are…not so even if a trade.

I also did some reading and it seems like Poshmark is in the buyers favor and it’s a common scam for people to report something as never being delivered.

The best way is to make a bundle and talk to them there.
do you know how to get all the news from popping up on the screen. I've gone to settings and eliminated just about everything. I do want to get emails when I make a sale, etc. but when I turn my computer on I get several pop ups that take up the side of my screen - annoying. someone is doing a live show etc.

It turns out that is not the case. This morning PM support added this message to the listing: I don't see that a return claim has been submitted. Please submit a claim with the steps below within the next 24 hours, or the funds will be released to the seller, and your order will no longer qualify for a return or refund.
It has already been 4 days so they were going to give her a day beyond that. The buyer ignored that message but sent me a message that her sister can wear them and is going to buy them from her. So I asked her to accept the order. If she proceeds with a case now, there is proof in the messaging that the problem is with her, not the boots.
PM is very attentive, to the buyers need that is. I think she won't bother to close the case and your funds will be automatically released. If you want to be proactive, take a screenshot of her message where she says her sister would wear it, send it to PM support by email and ask to release your funds as the buyer decided to keep the item.

I'll wait until tomorrow when they should close it. It's annoying and rude of her.

What type of device are you using? I don't get popups. I have it on my desktop and my tablet. When I'm on Poshmark, I never leave it on the feed page. Maybe that is where you are seeing all of that? I either leave it on my closet page or the news page.

PM always adds a signature confirmation for any of my items $400 or more. In this situation I wish they did not. I'm still getting the run around!!! The post office manager lied to me. They never went back to try to redeliver. This buyer has never once responded to me.

Yes, I also feel it's a red flag. That's why I haven't accepted her offers. I feel she will be mad now that I never accepted her low ball offer. I will block her now. I just don't have time to deal with problem buyers.
I blocked that buyer, but I get the feeling she opened a brand new PM account today. I received the exact same offer from a brand new buyer for this dress. I declined her offer and blocked her.

Oh no. I hope you get your funds tonight!
