No, their return policy is just like Posh's, including the 3 days. Can they return items for any reason on Mercari?
I got a low offer yesterday which I countered. The buyer disappeared. This morning, I did the "match buyer's last offer" but she is still ignoring it. I guess I lost my chance. Every time I get the email that says there is an offer, I'm afraid to look at it, fearing it will be ridiculously low.I'm pretty happy with Posh....haven't sold much but have bought several items. I admit I generally make a lower offer. I enjoy negotiating. some sellers do not. so most of the time their items just sit there.
as a seller I will almost always counter an offer. as a buyer I've experienced sellers who will take 30 percent less for a bag in the hundreds of dollars and sellers who immediately decline an offer that is almost FP on a smaller sale.I got a low offer yesterday which I countered. Hahaha funny, sorry, shouldn’t feel funny but that sounds like PTSD and I thinking buying selling shouldn’t bring a seller or buyer that much stressI got a low offer yesterday which I countered. Some people just dont have money to buy anything even if you lower the price to match their offers, I wouldn’t waste time thinking about their reasonsI got a low offer yesterday which I countered. I agree, lowballers shoot their offers to everybody and may not have money to follow up even if it's accepted, they often run into payment issues. I have this happening they don't pay when their offer is matched either. The worst one Is Vestiare Collective, I accept offers and they don't pay. Some people just dont have money to buy anything even if you lower the price to match their offers, I wouldn’t waste time thinking about their reasons
Sorry it happened. It's not that rare when buyers try to push return claiming it's fake out of buyer remorse. Poshmark first will ask her for pics and will compare to your listing. It's good to go ahead and respond to the case or contact PM support directly with your pics with auth codes, imprints etc even if you used it in the listing. Then they'll make a decision.Sold an old LV on Poshmark and the buyer opened a case, claiming it is a fake. It's not! It's quite old (purchased in the early 2000s), but I know it's authentic. (Was not priced high enough to qualify for Poshmark authentication.) I'm now so worried that the buyer will return a fake in its place. Is there any way for me to be in touch with Poshmark - or does the buyer have all the power? Any other advice?
Maybe try again in a few hours? I was able to print a label yesterday in the usual way. What is happening with shipping labels today? I made a sale, would like to ship ASAP (within an hour) and now this

Thanks. I couldn't find a way to reach out to Poshmark directly, so I replied in the case thread, which made the buyer carry on even more. The pictures are all there. It wasn't anything that I was using, so whatever happens happens, but what a drag. I've sold plenty on Poshmark (both high end and not) and have tons of "love notes" and 5 star ratings, so I'll consider this a one off and move on, but it really bothered me.Sorry it happened. Thank you. I got it at the end of the day eventually. Since Post office is closed already, I sent buyer a message that it would go out tomorrow.Maybe try again in a few hours? I was able to print a label yesterday in the usual way.
