Yes, very heavy. I pare down what I take with me when Im using it. And I try not to use them if I know Im going to be doing something like food shopping.
Interestingly, when I first got them ajd hadnt used them much yet, I was convinced 35 was THE size.. now Ive used them quite a bit, Im actually considering a 30 in a bright colour so I can swap out occasionally. Definitely no muted neutrals or brown in 30, but a pop colour would be great.

3 sizes, one (boring, wintry, unfitted) outfit. With boots.

I am 5'4" and a size 2/4.

Looking at my Bs I am a little chagrined to realize that they are all neutral, when I really am not! I need an IF intervention. [emoji38]

Sorry for the crummy pics. I need a mirror in a better-lit part of my house, plus DS1 is ill so I was rushing.

It must be our body proportions, Vigee, I still think that the 35 looks too big on me, whereas it suits you fabulously. Even toggling back and forth between our size 30s, yours looks smaller - maybe because of the color?

All three look good on you. B35 looks like a tote. B30 looks like it fits you perfectly as a purse. B25 looks more elegant, and I'm assuming you usually pair it with a more tailored outfit. All are ok. They just look like bags for different purposes.

I usually dress tailored, I was just feeling lazy and the the weather was cold and I couldn't justify getting dressed just to take DS2 to boxing class. I know you're right, it never bothered me before. [emoji254]

I wanted to get your thoughts/opinions on members who have both a 30 and 35 size Birkin. What are your daily pros and cons based on the size? 30 too small? 35 too heavy once you put a lot of items in it? Does one size hold structure of the bag better ?

That is a pretty broad question. I suggest you look through the H forum, and even in the "birkins are bangin'" thread to look at a lot of birkins.

There are some great size comparison threads but you can definitely wear either. I carry 35s at 5'1" and 95, my 5'11" friend looks fine with her 30.
35 is the classic tote size, 30 is more handbag. Both are wonderful. It's about the look you want and how much you carry.

As for color, are you thinking neutral or really colorful? What's your favorite color?

I agree with @lulilu and @Mindi B. Choices are very personal, some loves big purses, others love smaller purses. What I normally ask myself whenever getting a new one is what purpose would that purse fill in my lifestyle. Will it be a brunch/out of GFs kind of purse, or a work purse or an evening out kind of purse. That way you can narrow down your choices and hopefully make a decision. And then I would zoom in on the leather, color, HW, etc.
