Do You Prefer Size 30 or 35 Birkin?

Agree. For that reason, I've converted to 30s except for one last lone 35.

The size is so interesting as I am waiting for my first Birkin in gold. My SA said that generally once people pick a size, that is what they stay with.
Another question, does color determine size you prefer? Would you do bolder colors in 30 vs neutrals in 35?

I prefer the way the 35 looks...unfortunately I have neither a 30 or 35 but some day soon

I used to think I would prefer 30 for exotic and leather in 35cm..now, 'I LOVE 35cm Birkins' period! I am not tall...small side...I am only 5'3"-5'4" in height & 97 lb. My DH also loves 35 birkin look better on me.

I was carrying croc. birkin 35cm on Sat and ostrich 35cm on Sun for going out with DH and family gathering. I just LOVE 35cm...especially with 2 young kids and 1 infant...I could put EVERYTHING I need into 35cm, and my bag still looks chic and does not have a look of 'trying so hard to fit stuffs'. 30cm is little small for my need. Some reason, I don't have a weight issue of 35cm Birkin as some people have mentioned...

I really like the size of my 35 as well. I bring alot of stuff with me and I find that the 35 fits everything very nicely. I am also petite and when the 35 gets heavy, I just carry it on my shoulder!

I like both! 30 is great for every day, while a 35 is something you use for travel and lugging a lot of things.

Hi, all. I started this thread a long time ago and am glad it keeps on going! I have been using the 30 more-- to dinner at Morimoto (sigh, what a night that will forever be in my heart), to the Van Gogh exhibit at MoMa, etc. But the 35 has a place in my heart too-- it carries more, like files for work. I have one of each and cannot let either go.

I have both and love them both and like the variety. However, the 35 is my favorite. I love the large, commanding size. It just feels so good to carry.
