Very true and I too am a very strong proponent of the 1st amendment. We are all individuals, and I really hope that I am fully able to express my feelings (positive and negative) without insulting any one or being rude. This is what I try to teach my children. There is enough hate in this world and the 1st amendment should not be an excuse to propagate this. Just my opinion. Well, I now head back to the wonderful world of Hermes.....

Im happy to admit that, yes I think some bags have caught my eye more AFTER I have seen a celeb wearing it, but thats because I am seeing the bag being carried and held, and it is not to say that if I saw a regular civilian in the street carrying it the same way that I would want it any less:D Its just we see celebs plastered over every magazine carrying fab bags, and they do become a focus of obsession for me!


Similarly though, if I see a not so popular celeb carrying a bag that I like, it doesnt put me off at all either! maybe there is no hope for me

I could careless if kate moss,or someone else's bag or dress was given to her or if she personally paid for it.If I see something that they are wearing and I like it,I will search it out.If I see something in a boutique and I like it I buy it.(This happens to be a very fun pasttime for me)I love to see what celebs like VB and the like are wearing and buying,They get front row seats to the most coveted fashion shows,They inspire me and make my day.:yes:

I don't recall one such occasion. Not to say it won't happen in the future but it did not happen in the past....
I've yet to see that happen to me........
I search by bag and then i check them out on me. If it looks good on me and i love the design, then i must have it. If it only looks good on a celebrity, then i admire the bag on them/or even on the girls on the forum....

^^^ yes one must respect all opinions, but one can (MUST) take issue when it delivered in an insulting manner. That's all I have to say on this topic.

I remember seeing a picture of the Chanel Reporter (Multipocket) bag and thought it looked awful, then I suppose it was a few months afterwards I saw Madonna with one and all of a sudden it looked great and I wanted one.

I would still like one (Black with White CC) but unfortunately my funds will not reach to that - I can still dream though.
